Reports based on probate filings said Hulk Hogan named his son, Nick Hogan, as the sole beneficiary of his will and listed nearly $5 million in estate assets. The same reporting identified Hogan’s widow, Melanie “Sky” Daily, as the surviving spouse and later said she asserted an interest in the estate. Those facts do not establish that Daily had no legal rights, that Nick received the reported assets, or that the figure represented Hogan’s total net worth.

What was reported about Hulk Hogan’s will?

Us Weekly reported in 2025 that Nick Hogan filed to serve as a co-personal representative of his father’s estate. The outlet described the filing as listing Nick as the will’s sole named beneficiary, while identifying Daily as the surviving spouse. The underlying court documents were not independently reviewed for this account, so these details should be understood as reported descriptions of a filing, not as a verified account of the complete will or a final probate ruling. Us Weekly’s report

The report said Hogan executed the will in 2016 and amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and July 2023. That timeline describes the changes reported by the outlet; it does not, by itself, establish how the estate was ultimately distributed.

Does “sole beneficiary” mean the widow had no rights?

No. Being the sole named beneficiary in a will is not the same as establishing that a surviving spouse has no possible legal or marital-property rights. Us Weekly later reported that Daily filed an assertion of an “interest in this estate as the surviving spouse” and supported Nick taking control. The quoted phrase is filing language as reproduced by the outlet; the document itself has not been independently verified here. Us Weekly’s September 2025 report

The available reporting does not establish the extent of any rights Daily may have, whether she received assets, or how a court resolved the estate. Her reported status as surviving spouse and the will’s reported beneficiary designation are separate facts.

Was daughter Brooke Hogan named?

Us Weekly reported that Brooke Hogan was not named as a beneficiary in the will. Other coverage said she had asked to be removed; that is reported context, not an independently verified explanation from the will itself. Us Weekly’s report People’s report

What does the nearly $5 million figure mean?

The nearly $5 million figure was described by Us Weekly as estate assets cited in a filing. It is not established as Hogan’s total net worth, the estate’s final net value after debts or other adjustments, or the amount Nick ultimately inherited. A reported asset figure in an estate filing and a final distribution are different things. Us Weekly’s report

What is known about the probate outcome?

The reporting cited here does not establish a final probate order or the completed distribution of Hogan’s estate. The Associated Press reported that Hogan died at age 71 in July 2025 and that his death was declared natural; that background does not determine who inherited what. Associated Press report

Accordingly, claims that the widow was definitively disinherited, that Nick has already received the entire reported amount, or that the estate figure equals Hogan’s fortune go beyond what these reports establish.
