There is not enough evidence to say Qubetics, Monero and Quant are likely to become the next big crypto players. They address different problems, and their project materials offer different kinds of evidence: Monero documents privacy features built into its protocol, Quant describes an interoperability platform, and Qubetics’ October 6, 2026 update says its earlier development plans are not currently being continued. The frequently cited “$10.4 million presale” figure is not verified by the official Qubetics materials reviewed.
What the three projects are trying to do
| Project | Focus | What the available documentation establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Qubetics | $TICS token and a changing project direction | A project update describes a token migration and a reassessment of previously proposed development plans. |
| Monero | Privacy-focused cryptocurrency transactions | Official documentation explains privacy mechanisms incorporated into network transactions, as well as their limits. |
| Quant | Software for applications spanning multiple distributed ledgers | Quant’s developer documentation describes Overledger’s architecture and intended capabilities; it is vendor documentation, not independent proof of outcomes. |
These are not interchangeable investments or competing versions of the same product. A privacy protocol, a token project whose roadmap is being reassessed, and an enterprise-oriented software platform should be evaluated against different questions.
What is Qubetics doing after its TICS migration?
In an update dated October 6, 2026, Qubetics said $TICS had migrated from its original Cosmos-based environment to Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. The update also says the project is not currently commissioning continued development of its previously proposed Layer 1, chain-abstraction protocol or decentralized VPN (dVPN). Qubetics said it would not announce a replacement development team, Layer 1 launch date or delivery schedule without a concrete plan.
This is a material change from the earlier roadmap vision. For a reader assessing the project, the distinction is between an existing token and development plans that the project says are not currently being pursued. A token’s continued existence does not, by itself, demonstrate that proposed products will be delivered.

Is the $10.4 million presale figure verified?
The official Qubetics materials reviewed do not substantiate a $10.4 million presale total or specify a measurement date for that figure. It should therefore not be treated as a confirmed amount. Even when a fundraising total is documented, it describes funds raised under the stated accounting method and time period; it is not evidence of product delivery, token demand or future returns.
What do Qubetics’ published tokenomics say?
Qubetics’ tokenomics page lists a total supply of 1.36 billion TICS and says 80% of on-chain fees go to the Community Pool while 20% are permanently burned. These are project-published tokenomics figures, not independent evidence that the token will be used at a particular level or appreciate in value.

How does Monero hide sender, receiver and amount?
Monero’s official FAQ describes three mechanisms that address different parts of transaction privacy. The project says these privacy properties are mandatory for transactions on its network, rather than an optional mode a user can accidentally leave off.
- Ring signatures: obscure which candidate output signed a transaction, providing sender privacy.
- RingCT: hides transaction amounts.
- Stealth addresses: create one-time transaction addresses for recipients, helping keep their public address from being directly exposed in each payment.
Monero’s technical specification reviewed for this article reports a ring size of 16, including 15 decoys. That is a specification value, not a guarantee that the protocol will never change; check current Monero documentation before relying on it as a current protocol parameter.

What Monero privacy does not protect
The Monero Project warns that “There is no such thing as 100% anonymous.” Transaction-level privacy cannot prevent a compromised device from exposing information, undo details a user voluntarily discloses to another party, or guarantee protection against bugs and future analytical techniques. Privacy features reduce some forms of on-chain exposure; they do not make every part of a user’s activity anonymous.
Did Monero have a presale?
Monero’s technical specification says the project had no premine, instamine, ICO, token sale or presale. That is a separate claim from the unverified Qubetics fundraising figure; the two projects’ launch histories should not be conflated.

What does Quant Overledger do for blockchain interoperability?
Quant’s developer documentation describes Overledger as a multi-DLT platform intended to let applications work across more than one distributed ledger. Its architecture includes a Gateway for authentication, routing and orchestration; connectors that abstract ledger-specific RPC protocols; workflow applications; and a Fusion Rollup. Quant’s documentation describes the Fusion Rollup as anchoring to multiple Layer 1 networks and providing EVM-compatible execution and cross-chain messaging.
That description explains the product’s intended design, not independently verified results. The materials reviewed do not establish comparative throughput, reliability, customer outcomes, adoption or superiority over alternatives. Quant’s FAQ says supported networks are added regularly, so a current list should be checked in Quant’s live developer documentation rather than assumed from a static article.

How should a reader assess whether they could become “the next big” players?
The project descriptions do not establish a future market ranking. Instead of treating an appealing feature, roadmap or fundraising claim as a forecast, assess each project against evidence that fits its purpose:
- Delivery: Separate working, documented capabilities from plans or features no longer under active commission.
- Independent usage evidence: Look for verifiable use and outcomes, not only a project’s description of its own technology.
- Risk and dependencies: Consider operational privacy risks for Monero, the difference between Quant’s product claims and independently demonstrated performance, and Qubetics’ reassessment of its earlier roadmap.
- Token economics: Read token supply and fee-allocation statements as descriptions of a project’s design, not as evidence of future demand or returns.
- Fundraising claims: Require a dated primary record and a clear definition of what a reported total counts before treating it as verified.
For personal-finance decisions, these distinctions matter: technical design, delivery status, adoption and token value are separate questions. None of the project documentation described here is enough to establish likely investment performance.
