That is a reported starting figure—not a confirmed current list price or the amount a particular buyer will pay. Bombardier’s public announcements reviewed here do not state a purchase price, and the $83 million report does not specify the aircraft configuration or what the figure includes.
What is the Global 8000’s reported price?
Wallpaper* reported a starting price of $83 million in a product listing published December 20, 2025. The article does not say whether that amount includes options, taxes, or particular delivery terms. It should therefore be treated as a public price indication, not a confirmed current list price or a quote for a specific aircraft.
Bombardier’s public announcements about the Global 8000 do not publish a configuration-specific purchase price. The actual amount for a prospective buyer remains uncertain without a written quote that identifies the aircraft’s configuration and transaction terms.
Is $83 million the actual price?
Not necessarily. “From $83 million” signals a starting-price report, but the available figure does not establish what equipment or services are included, or what a buyer would pay after selecting a configuration. It also does not establish a current formal list price. For a purchase decision, request a current, written, configuration-specific quote from Bombardier or an authorized transaction adviser.

What performance figures does Bombardier publish?
Bombardier lists a top speed of Mach 0.95, a range of 8,000 nautical miles, and a cabin altitude of 2,691 feet at an aircraft altitude of 41,000 feet. These are manufacturer specifications; Bombardier cautions that specifications depend on operating rules, assumptions, and conditions. They are not a substitute for comparing aircraft performance under equivalent mission and operating assumptions.
What to compare before evaluating the price
A headline price alone cannot show whether the Global 8000 fits a buyer’s budget or travel needs. When comparing it with another aircraft or an alternative way to fly, check that the figures and terms cover the same scope:

- Sculpted from premium quality mahogany wood for exceptional durability using blueprints and drawings
- Ready to ship with protective foam layers to provide excellent cushioning

- Delivery year and equipment: Establish which configuration, options, and delivery terms are included in each quote.
- Acquisition versus ongoing costs: Compare the purchase price separately from lifecycle and operating costs; the available sources do not provide comparable operating-cost figures.
- Mission and cabin needs: Assess range, speed, cabin layout, and passenger requirements using equivalent operating assumptions.
- Status and timing: Check certification and delivery status for the aircraft being considered.
- Access model: Compare full ownership with shared ownership, leasing, jet cards, or charter by their actual terms rather than treating them as equivalent purchases.
Can you access a Global 8000 without buying one?
Bombardier’s announcement says NetJets offers shared ownership, leases, jet cards, and private jet charter among its services. That describes general aviation access models; the announcement does not confirm that a Global 8000 is available through each one. Ask the provider directly about aircraft availability, terms, and costs before relying on any of these options for access to this model.
