Covers reported that an April 6 update replaced the offer’s lossback component with 500 Flex Spins on selected games. That is a historical offer description, not confirmation that the same promotion is available in October 2026.
Was a Golden Nugget promo code required for the April 2026 offer?
No. Covers reported that the April offer did not require a promo code. Its later page says the offer could apply automatically through its own link, but that does not establish that the same link or terms apply elsewhere. Covers also discloses a partnership with Golden Nugget. See Covers’ promotion page and disclosure.
What were the reported 500-spin terms?
According to Covers’ account of the offer, a new customer had to make a qualifying $5 wager to receive 500 Flex Spins on a selection of featured games. The report described the spins as arriving in daily batches of 50 over 10 days, with each batch expiring 24 hours after the player chose a game. These are reported April promotion terms, not verified live operator terms. Covers’ dated offer details.
- Eligibility reported: new customers, age 21 or older, physically present in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.
- Qualification reported: a $5 wager. A third-party account also describes a deposit in its claiming steps, so the wording does not establish that a deposit and wager are interchangeable requirements.
- Spin delivery reported: 50 spins per day over 10 days.
- Expiry reported: 24 hours after choosing a game.
- Game selection: selected featured games; the exact selection is not established here.
Do not treat promotional spins as cash or as guaranteed winnings. The readable official promotions page did not expose terms that would verify the reported requirements, winnings rules, or any wagering conditions. Golden Nugget’s promotions page.

Is the 500 Flex Spins offer still available?
That is not confirmed. Covers dates the 500-spin change to April 6, 2026, and its page records later promotion updates in July and August. Its September 11 update, which displayed a September 30 verification marker, therefore describes a promotion history that continued to change after April. The operator’s promotions page was checked on October 8, 2026, but the retrieved page did not show readable offer terms, so a current end date or state-specific terms cannot be established from it. Covers’ dated update history; Golden Nugget promotions.
Before signing up, check the live offer shown by Golden Nugget for your state. Confirm whether the promotion is still open, whether it requires a particular signup path or opt-in, what qualifies as the required action, and when spins and any resulting winnings expire. Third-party pages published later in 2026 have conflicting details about spin schedules and expiry, so they should not be used to resolve current terms.

How should you assess a casino spin promotion?
Headline spin counts alone do not show whether an offer fits. Compare the state and customer eligibility, the exact qualifying action, opt-in requirements, game restrictions, delivery schedule, expiry, and rules for winnings. For this April offer, the available report establishes a dated headline and reported mechanics, but not authoritative current terms.
