Silver was reported at Rs5,022 per tola and Rs4,305 per 10 grams. Both metals fell from the previous session. These are historical reported market rates, not live prices or guaranteed retail transaction prices.
Pakistan gold and silver rates on 4 November 2025
The following rates were attributed to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) by the cited news outlets. Daily changes are against the preceding session.

Why some 4 November rate pages show higher prices
One page dated 4 November lists gold at Rs423,862 per tola and silver at Rs5,152 per tola, both higher than the rates above. Those figures match the 3 November rates in Mettis Global’s comparison: the 4 November reports show gold down Rs3,500 and silver down Rs130 from those prior-session levels. The differing figures therefore appear to reflect a page carrying forward the previous session’s prices rather than the later 4 November reports. PKRevenue’s 4 November table.

How to compare the rates fairly
- Match purity: 24-karat and 22-karat gold are not interchangeable rate comparisons.
- Match the unit: Compare per tola with per tola, or per 10 grams with per 10 grams.
- Match place and timing: Pakistan market rates should be compared with Pakistan rates reported for the same date and session.
- Keep international quotes separate: Business Recorder described international gold at $3,980 per ounce, including a $20 premium, while Mettis Global separately described spot gold near $3,986. These are distinct reported measures and timestamps, not one identical quote. Aaj reported international silver at $47.60 per ounce, down $1.30.
The cited reports attribute domestic rates to APGJSA, but do not establish the association’s calculation methodology through a primary association bulletin. Their reported rates are useful market references; they should not be treated as a verified calculation of every jeweler’s selling price.
