Fido’s $50-for-130GB and $60-for-170GB offers were reported for some customers in October 2024, but they are historical offers—not proof you can still sign up for either plan. To see what Fido will actually offer you now, sign in to your account and check its current promotions.
What were the reported Fido offers?
On October 15, 2024, MobileSyrup reported three special offers seen in a customer-shared screenshot. The prices and allowances below are historical terms reported from that screenshot, not current plan guarantees.
| Reported monthly price | Data | Calling details reported |
|---|---|---|
| $50 | 130GB | 1,000 U.S. and 1,000 international long-distance minutes |
| $55 | 140GB | 1,000 U.S. and 1,000 international long-distance minutes |
| $60 | 170GB | Canada/U.S. usage |
MobileSyrup said unlimited Canada-wide talk and text were presumed for the offers because the screenshot was unclear; that feature was not confirmed. Read MobileSyrup’s October 2024 report for the original account.
Can you get the $50/130GB or $60/170GB plan now?
The 2024 report does not establish that either offer remains available. Fido’s current public plans page advertises 5G plans and separates plan-only and phone-financing options; it also says offers can change without notice and coverage is not available everywhere. The page does not confirm that the historical plans are still offered. Check Fido’s current plans for public options.
