Selecting the closest category matters because the contact options can change based on the type of problem. A delivery issue, for example, is more likely to expose the relevant order-support path than a generic account topic.

Prepare these details before contacting Best Buy
Having the right information can reduce back-and-forth and make a refund, return, or delivery dispute easier to document:
- Order number: essential for an online order, delivery, cancellation, return, or exchange.

Marketplace purchases
If the item was sold by a third-party Marketplace seller, that seller generally handles customer service for its product, including some shipping, returns, and processing issues. Check the order details to identify the seller. Best Buy’s ordinary customer-care team may not be able to make the same decisions as the Marketplace seller.
Manufacturer warranties
