D&H Distributing reported that sales grew 27% to nearly $7 billion in fiscal 2025, the year ended April 30, 2025. Its midmarket and enterprise business grew more than 30% and accounted for 36% of annual revenue, or $2.52 billion, according to CRN’s July 2025 report. The figures describe a past fiscal year, not D&H’s latest annual results.

How much did D&H grow in fiscal 2025?

For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2025, D&H reported 27% year-over-year revenue growth. CRN described sales as nearly $7 billion; the amount is approximate, not an exact revenue figure. D&H’s own July 2025 announcement also reported 27% revenue growth.

That result is a measure of overall company growth. It is distinct from growth within individual customer segments and from the share of revenue those segments contributed.

What role did midmarket and enterprise customers play?

CRN reported that D&H’s midmarket and enterprise sales grew more than 30% in fiscal 2025. Those sales represented 36% of annual revenue, or $2.52 billion. The growth rate describes the change in the segment; the percentage and dollar amount describe its share and scale in that year.

CRN also reported that 1,200 midmarket and enterprise partners did business with D&H each quarter. This is a count of channel partners, not end-user customers.

How did other parts of the business perform?

D&H said its small and midsize business (SMB) segment grew 23% in fiscal 2025, according to CRN. In its July 28, 2025 fiscal-year announcement, the distributor reported the following growth across selected technology categories:

Category Reported growth
Professional services 283%
Modern security solutions 41%
Cloud solutions 29%
Components and gaming 24%

These are company-reported category growth figures for fiscal 2025. They do not disclose the categories’ revenue bases, so a higher growth rate alone does not show that a category generated more dollars than a lower-growth one.

What does the growth say about D&H’s position?

CRN framed D&H’s gains as expansion among midmarket and enterprise resellers, including partners dissatisfied with incumbent distributors. Co-president Dan Schwab told CRN, “We have matured to the point where we have gone upmarket and taken a large slice of that pie.” He also said some vendors had made D&H their No. 1 or No. 2 distributor.

Those statements describe the company’s and its partners’ characterizations, not independently measured market share. The reported figures do not establish how much of the growth came from partner switching, nor do they provide vendor-by-vendor sales data or independent service-quality comparisons.

Schwab told CRN that TD Synnex and Ingram had once been 10 to 20 times larger than D&H, and were then three to four times larger in North America. That is his comparison of relative scale, not a published market-share measurement.

Is 27% still D&H’s latest full-year growth figure?

No. The 27% figure applies to fiscal 2025, which ended April 30, 2025. In a March 16, 2026 announcement, D&H described continued double-digit growth during 2025 and highlighted Advanced Solutions+ as part of its next growth phase. That release does not provide a comparable newer full-year revenue figure, so it cannot be used to update or replace the fiscal 2025 result.

What the published figures do—and do not—show

The available reported numbers establish strong company-reported sales growth and substantial expansion in D&H’s midmarket and enterprise business during fiscal 2025. They do not establish audited financial results, exact total revenue, profit or margins, independently verified market share, or a definitive cause for the growth.
