The notice’s extracted details do not establish distinct job duties for the letter-coded attendant roles. It provides shared basic qualification and age conditions, so the published vacancy count is the clearest supported basis for comparing the posts.
What qualification and age limit did the notice set?
- Education: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board, or an ITI pass certificate from a recognized institute.
- Age: 18 to 27 years as of 1 January 2025, subject to the relaxations specified in the advertisement.

Eligibility dates differed by condition: age was assessed as of 1 January 2025, while education and experience were to be determined as of 24 September 2025. The notice listed no essential experience. It stated that candidates with specialized knowledge or experience in cooking, carpentry, electrical work, or driving with a valid licence would receive preference. All five posts were listed as Group C, Level 3 under the 7th Central Pay Commission. What was the DSSSB Court Attendant exam pattern?
Tier I was an objective examination with 100 questions for 100 marks and a duration of 150 minutes. Hindi, English, General Knowledge and Arithmetic each carried 25 marks.
| Tier I subject | Marks |

| Total | 100 |
Each incorrect answer carried a penalty of 0.25 marks. DSSSB’s notice states: “There shall be 25% Negative Marking (i.e. deduction of 0.25 Mark for each wrong answer).” Minimum qualifying marks were 50 for UR candidates and 45 for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PH and ESM candidates. [DSSSB examination scheme and negative marking]
Interview and final merit
Candidates shortlisted after Tier I could be called for an interview worth 15 marks. The notice set no minimum qualifying interview score. Final merit was to combine Tier I and interview marks. [DSSSB selection process]
Where can candidates check for later updates?
The advertisement said later dates would be announced through the DSSSB and Delhi High Court websites. The notice alone does not establish whether an examination, interview, result or final panel has since been published. Anyone checking the recruitment’s later status should rely on subsequent official notices rather than infer it from the original application advertisement.
