It sells a quote-to-revenue platform spanning CPQ, proposals, contracts, subscriptions and billing, with pricing available by request. Reviewers generally praise its guided quoting, CRM connections and support, while setup effort, learning curve and unclear costs are important trade-offs.
This guide separates information about DealHub in 2025 from the latest available pricing and review snapshots, accessed in August 2026. The current product has broader scope than a standalone quoting tool, so it is most worth evaluating when your sales and finance workflows are genuinely complex.
DealHub pricing: what buyers could verify
DealHub’s official pricing page directs buyers to request pricing or a demo rather than publishing a standard rate card. G2 likewise shows a contact-us/request-demo model and says final pricing is negotiated. Capterra lists custom pricing for three groupings: CPQ+, CPQ + CLM, and Quote-to-Revenue. Treat those as a third-party directory’s package labels, not confirmation of DealHub’s current formal packaging.
A DealHub-published CPQ comparison guide showed a $60–$75 range for DealHub CPQ, but the visible pricing row does not clearly identify the unit or billing period. It is an indicative historical vendor-published figure, not a current per-user monthly price or a dependable quote. The same guide’s comparisons with Salesforce are vendor claims, not independent total-cost or implementation benchmarks.

What can change the quote
Ask for pricing against your actual scope. Cost may depend on users and roles, modules, CRM and ERP connectivity, implementation, migration, support, contract length and negotiated terms. A CPQ-only deployment and a wider subscription-and-billing rollout are not equivalent purchases.
- Clarify whether pricing is per user, quote, transaction, module or a hybrid, and identify any minimum seats or annual contract value.
- Request line items for CPQ, CLM, DealRoom, subscription management, billing, API access, analytics, integrations and support.
- Include implementation, data migration, training, middleware and premium services in the total-cost comparison.
- Ask how renewals, seat reductions, annual increases and data exports are handled in the contract.
Free plan or trial
Capterra reports no free version and no free trial; credit-card requirements are not provided. That is third-party directory information, so confirm the current demo, sandbox or proof-of-concept options directly with DealHub before assuming there is no evaluation environment.
Plans and modules: what the labels mean
Capterra groups DealHub into the following custom-quote options. Use them as a starting point for a sales conversation, not as a published, complete module or price list.

| Directory grouping | What to clarify |
|---|---|
| CPQ+ | Which quoting, guided-selling, approval and proposal capabilities are included, and what the “+” adds. |
| CPQ + CLM | Which contract lifecycle management, document and signature workflows are included or separately licensed. |
| Quote-to-Revenue | Whether subscriptions, billing, invoicing, usage workflows and related revenue capabilities are in scope, and what implementation they require. |
What DealHub does
DealHub began as a CPQ and sales-proposal product; its current positioning is a broader quote-to-revenue platform. Its official page describes product configuration and pricing, guided selling, discount rules and approvals, quote and document generation, Digital DealRoom, contract management, subscriptions, billing, usage-based billing and revenue-recognition alignment. It also promotes API-based or headless quoting for organizations embedding quote workflows in other systems.
Recommended Free Tools
The practical distinction is scope: CPQ helps sellers construct a valid offer from products, rules and prices. The wider platform aims to connect that offer to buyer-facing documents, contracts, subscription changes and billing. A company needing only a branded proposal and signature may not benefit from buying that whole workflow.
Integrations to validate
DealHub lists connectivity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Priority, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, Slack, Gong, SendGrid, Google authentication, Prismatic and its API on its official page. Availability on a product page does not establish that a connector is included in a particular quote or supports every object and workflow.

DealHub reviews: ratings and themes
Review snapshots available in August 2026 show strong aggregate scores, but they are not a 2025 rating snapshot. Gartner’s profile was updated November 17, 2025; G2 and Capterra counts below reflect their accessible pages, not historical counts from 2025.
| Source | Displayed score | Displayed count and context |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.7/5 | 842 reviews; page accessed August 2026. Displayed mix: 85% five-star, 12% four-star, 1% three-star, and 0% two- or one-star. |
| Capterra | 4.7/5 | 95 reviews on the current directory page. |
| Gartner Peer Insights | 4.6/5 | 159 ratings; product profile updated November 17, 2025. |
These platforms use different review populations and methods, so their scores are not directly comparable. Capterra labels some reviews as vendor-referred or incentivized. High averages also cannot show how many organizations struggled during implementation or left before rollout.
What reviewers value
Across review summaries, positive themes include faster quote creation, guided selling, CRM integration, fewer manual steps and errors, centralized proposals and approvals, flexible configuration, and responsive support. G2’s summary specifically highlights ease of use, quoting and billing efficiency, CRM integration and time savings. Gartner describes guided selling, automated pricing, real-time quote generation, approval workflows, document generation and analytics as core capabilities.
Rank #4
Reported drawbacks
G2’s review summary also identifies setup complexity, a learning curve, integration issues, missing features and limited customization in some contexts. Reviewers have raised documentation and onboarding concerns; individual G2 reviews from 2025 include difficulty finding documentation and a need to purchase onboarding or professional-services hours. These are individual experiences, not proof that every customer encounters the same issue. Gartner’s page includes both praise for flexibility and a 2026 critical review whose title questions workflow analytics; treat that as a specific concern to test, not a general finding.
Pros and cons
| Potential advantages | Potential drawbacks |
|---|---|
| Broad path from CPQ toward contracts, subscriptions and billing | Custom pricing makes pre-purchase cost comparison difficult |
| Guided selling and approval automation can standardize complex offers | Configuration, administration and user training require planning |
| CRM connectivity and centralized proposal workflows | Integrations and services may add scope or cost; confirm inclusions |
| Positive review themes around support and quoting efficiency | The wider suite may be more than a simple quoting team needs |
Implementation and rollout
Implementation timelines vary with catalog complexity, data quality, integrations, workflows and migration. G2 displays a review-derived average time to implement of three months and average ROI of nine months; these are aggregated user-reported indicators, not guarantees. DealHub’s comparison guide says organizations can be running within weeks, and its current page features a customer claim of going live in six weeks. Those are vendor materials and selected customer examples, not a typical timeline promise.
For a realistic project plan, include product and price cleanup, CRM/ERP field mapping, approval design, document templates, migration, testing, training and named owners for ongoing administration. Test exceptions—not just the happy path—including unusual discounts, bundles, multi-year ramps, amendments, renewals, cancellations and regional tax treatment.

Alternatives to compare
The right comparison depends on whether the core job is enterprise revenue orchestration, Salesforce-native standardization, contract-heavy work or simple proposals. Gartner lists Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management, Conga CPQ and PandaDoc among DealHub alternatives.
| Option | Consider it when | Trade-off to examine |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud | Your CRM and revenue architecture are strongly Salesforce-centered and you want a native platform route. | Compare Salesforce dependence, data architecture, implementation model and total license scope—not just quoted software prices. |
| Conga CPQ | You need enterprise quoting and contract-heavy processes, particularly if you already use Conga. | Check administration demands and whether the wider Conga ecosystem fits your workflow. |
| PandaDoc | Proposals, templates, documents and e-signatures are the main requirement. | It is a more natural fit for document-led sales than advanced configuration, subscription or billing orchestration. |
| Lightweight proposal software | You need branded proposals, CRM data merge and signatures for a small catalog. | Expect fewer advanced CPQ, approval-governance and billing capabilities. |
| Specialist CPQ software | Engineering rules, technical compatibility, CAD/BOM logic or manufacturing constraints drive the buying decision. | Evaluate specialist configuration depth rather than assuming a sales-workflow platform is sufficient. |
Who is DealHub best for?
Likely fit
- B2B SaaS or other organizations with complex catalogs, bundles, tiered prices, discounts or multiple pricing models.
- Sales teams that need guided selling and formal approval governance.
- Businesses managing subscriptions, amendments, renewals or consumption billing alongside quotes.
- Revenue teams seeking to connect quoting, contracts and billing instead of maintaining several disconnected tools.
Likely overkill
- Small teams producing basic one-off quotes from a simple catalog.
- Businesses that need proposals and e-signatures but not pricing rules or revenue workflows.
- Very low-volume users, including channel partners generating only a few quotes annually.
- Teams that cannot budget for implementation and ongoing administration, or require transparent self-service pricing.
Questions to ask before requesting a quote
- What is the minimum annual contract value, minimum seat count and paid role structure?
- Is the fee per user, quote, transaction, module or a hybrid? Is the historic $60–$75 guide figure still relevant, and what unit did it represent?
- What precisely is included in CPQ+, CPQ + CLM and Quote-to-Revenue, and what costs extra for DealRoom, subscriptions, billing, API access and analytics?
- Is there a free trial, sandbox or proof-of-concept environment, and what can be tested in it?
- Which implementation services are mandatory, what customer-side staffing is expected, and what migration, testing and training are included?
- Which integrations are native versus middleware-based, and who owns ongoing maintenance?
- How do unusual discounts, bundles, ramped contracts, renewals, amendments, cancellations, taxes and high-volume usage work?
- What happens to pricing at renewal, including seat reductions and annual increases?
- How can your team export quote, contract, product, pricing and customer history if it changes platforms?
Verdict
DealHub is most compelling when inaccurate or slow quoting is part of a larger revenue-process problem: complex product rules, approvals, buyer documents, contracts, subscriptions or billing. Its strong review averages and broad scope make it worth a demo for those organizations, but they do not remove the need to validate implementation effort, integration details and total contract cost.
If your requirement is only straightforward proposals or quotes, compare lighter tools before buying a broader platform. For any serious evaluation, require a module-by-module quote, a scoped implementation plan, integration responsibilities and renewal terms in writing.
