Priceline’s official Contact Us page promotes chat with Penny as 24/7 support. For a hotel cancellation or change, first look up the reservation in My Trips or Find My Trips and check the controls and terms shown for that itinerary. Whether a booking can be changed, cancelled, or refunded depends on its applicable supplier terms—not simply on contacting support.
Choose the right Priceline support route

How to cancel or change a Priceline hotel reservation
- Open Priceline’s My Trips area or use Find My Trips to locate the itinerary.
- Select the reservation and review its cancellation policy and available change or cancellation controls before confirming anything.
- If the online cancellation option is unavailable, contact Customer Care through Priceline’s official Contact Us page.
- Keep the itinerary or confirmation available and note any deadline shown in the booking terms.
Finding a reservation online does not mean it can be cancelled or changed. Priceline’s terms make eligibility subject to the applicable Supplier Terms, and an allowed change may involve a supplier fee. Some special rates cannot be changed or cancelled. Deal Program bookings such as Express Deals and Pricebreaker are generally non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless the checkout details or itinerary expressly say otherwise. Read Priceline’s Terms and Conditions and check the actual booking details.
How to check whether a booking is refundable
Check the cancellation policy and terms attached to the specific itinerary, along with the confirmation and the named travel provider. Do not assume that a booking is refundable because it appears in your account or because you have contacted support. Payment and refund arrangements can depend on the supplier and booking terms; those documents determine what applies to your reservation.
Priceline cautions that Penny’s responses may not always be complete, reliable, accurate, or current. For consequential decisions, compare the answer with your account, confirmation, and Supplier Terms. If Penny’s response conflicts with the confirmation or Supplier Terms, Priceline says those booking documents prevail.

When to use Priceline’s document form
Use the official document submission form only when Customer Care has told you documents are necessary. The form requests your trip number and contact details, accepts up to 10 PDF, JPG, or PNG files, limits each attachment to 4 MB and the combined total to 40 MB, and estimates an email response in 3–5 business days after receipt. That is Priceline’s stated estimate, not a guarantee of processing time.
The form says your submission and attachments may be shared with the Travel Service Provider. Send only documents relevant to the request. For Frontier bookings, the form directs customers to contact the carrier directly.

Are Priceline customer-service phone numbers available?
Priceline’s Best Price Guarantee page lists 1-800-774-2354 for callers in the United States or Canada, 1-212-444-0022 from elsewhere, and 1-800-735-8000 for cruise customers. These numbers appear in that page’s Best Price Guarantee claim instructions; the page does not establish them as general customer-service numbers. For other help, use Priceline’s current Contact Us page rather than assuming a guarantee-claim number handles every booking issue.
Best Price Guarantee claim deadlines
If your question concerns a Best Price Guarantee claim, follow the current policy instructions. Priceline says standard qualifying claims must be initiated within 24 hours of booking; Express Deal claims can be initiated until midnight on the day before travel. Eligibility requires a comparable booking and is subject to exclusions, so check the live rules and retain evidence of the public comparison price.

Having relevant details at hand can make it easier to identify the reservation. Priceline’s trip lookup and document form use booking information, but not every item below is necessarily required for every support conversation.

- A brief description of the issue, such as a cancellation request, a change question, or a refund follow-up.
