In early February 2025, YouTuber Ducky Bhai said he was withdrawing from the Join Elite Group course project and promised refunds after complaints about the platform and its courses. Contemporary reports described a purchase-verification process, but they do not establish that refunds were completed or how many buyers received them.

What was Join Elite Group?

News reports described Join Elite Group as a paid online course platform associated with YouTuber Ducky Bhai, also known as Saad-ur-Rehman, and creators Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala. Its reported topics included TikTok livestreaming, business startups, cryptocurrency, YouTube vlogging or growth, and e-commerce. Dialogue Pakistan and BOL News covered the offering.

Why did the platform face backlash?

Reports published February 3–4, 2025, described complaints about platform performance and enrollment, including high-traffic errors, “too many requests” messages, and failed sign-ups. They also reported criticism that some course material was low quality or available elsewhere for free. These are reported user complaints and criticisms, not independent findings about course quality or proof of fraud. The word “scam” appeared in allegations and headlines, but no court or regulator finding is established by these reports. The Current and 92 News also reported on the controversy.

What did Ducky Bhai announce?

On February 3, 2025, Dialogue Pakistan reported that Ducky Bhai announced his withdrawal from the project and said he would ensure enrolled customers received refunds. The outlet quoted him saying, “I will ensure that everyone who enrolled gets a refund.” It also quoted him describing two options under consideration: making the course free or shutting down the website. These statements document what he said at the time; they are not confirmation that buyers were repaid.

How were buyers reportedly told to request refunds?

Contemporary coverage described an evidence-based request process. Dialogue Pakistan reported that buyers were asked to send a screen recording of their course confirmation email and identification to a support address, showing the date of the deduction and credit to the Join Elite Group account; bank details were also reported as part of the process. BOL News reported a 20–30-second recording showing the PKR 5,000 transaction. The Current also reported instructions to provide a recording and ID.

Those details describe instructions reported in February 2025, not verified current contact information or confirmation of payment. Do not send identity documents or bank details to an address found only in old coverage. Anyone still seeking a refund should first verify a current channel through an official source they can independently authenticate.

Did Ducky Bhai refund the course buyers?

The cited reports establish a refund promise and a reported process, but they do not establish whether refunds were completed, how many buyers received money, or whether the platform or request process remains active. No verified refund total or buyer-by-buyer accounting is established in the coverage cited here. The accurate conclusion is that a refund was promised; fulfillment remains unverified.
