Auto Profit Hub is described in a June 2025 review as a web-based automated trading service, but the reported features and performance are not independently verified. More importantly, the Dutch AFM warned consumers not to respond to its offers in July 2025, and Spain’s CNMV said in January 2026 that autoprofit.app was not authorized for specified investment and crypto-asset services in Spain. Those warnings make the regulatory record more important than the service’s marketing claims.

How does Auto Profit Hub claim to work?

A TechBullion article published June 6, 2025, describes Auto Profit Hub as a web-based service that claims to use AI and algorithms to analyze markets and generate trading insights or automate trades. That description comes from the article; the regulatory notices do not verify how the service’s technology works, whether it places trades, or whether it performs as claimed.

The same article reports a $250 minimum deposit, no platform fee, a demo mode, mobile-browser access, broker connections, and rapid withdrawals. These are claims reported in June 2025, not independently confirmed current terms. The article also makes positive claims about security, testimonials, user feedback, and trading results, but the material reviewed supplies neither an independently auditable performance study nor a named-user outcome dataset.

What have regulators said about Auto Profit Hub?

AFM warning reproduced by Finanstilsynet, July 3, 2025

A document hosted by Norway’s Finanstilsynet reproduces a warning dated July 3, 2025, from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). It names Auto Profit Hub and autoprofit.app and states: “The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warns consumers not to respond to offers from Auto Profit Hub.” The warning describes the company as a suspected boiler room, reports unsolicited investment proposals, and says the AFM established that it did not have an AFM license or European passport. These are the AFM’s findings and warning in the European context; they should not be generalized into a ruling about every jurisdiction or activity.

CNMV records in Spain

On July 9, 2025, Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) listed AUTO PROFIT HUB/autoprofit.app among entities warned about by international supervisors and identified the AFM in the Netherlands. In a separate notice dated January 19, 2026, the CNMV said Auto Profit Hub/autoprofit.app was not authorized to provide specified investment services under Spanish law or specified crypto-asset services requiring prior authorization in Spain. The latter is a Spain-specific statement about the services covered by that notice.

Is Auto Profit Hub legit or a scam?

The clearest evidence for a prospective user is the regulators’ published warnings, not the promotional claims in the June 2025 review. The AFM explicitly advised consumers not to respond to offers and reported that the service lacked an AFM license or European passport. Spain’s CNMV separately stated that the named domain was not authorized for specified services in Spain. These records warrant serious caution; they do not, by themselves, establish a court finding of fraud or settle the legal status of every activity in every country.

There is no independently substantiated trading-performance statistic or verified user-outcome dataset in the available material. Claims about AI, testimonials, security, profits, or withdrawals therefore should not be treated as proof of results or safety.

What to verify before considering any online trading service

Regulatory status and the identity of the business matter more than claimed win rates or automation. Before engaging with any service, verify the following against the relevant regulator’s own records and the provider’s legal disclosures:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  • Whether the exact legal entity and domain are authorized for the specific service in your jurisdiction.
  • Which company would hold your money, execute trades, and provide custody, and whether those relationships can be independently confirmed.
  • Fees, withdrawal conditions, and account terms from current, independently verifiable documents—not an older review’s summary.
  • Whether any performance evidence is independently audited and explains its methodology, period, and risks.

Authorization and warning records can change. Check the relevant official regulator records for your country before acting; a warning in one jurisdiction should neither be ignored nor overstated as a universal legal determination.
