The reported UFC 309 salary figures for Jon Jones, Stipe Miocic, Charles Oliveira and Michael Chandler are estimates—not confirmed, officially disclosed purses. UFC did confirm five $50,000 post-fight bonuses, but those awards do not establish each fighter’s total event compensation.

UFC Fans published the following estimated totals for the four headliners. Its figures are based on previously published amounts and are not verified contract disclosures.

All totals and components in the table are UFC Fans’ 2024 estimates, not amounts independently confirmed by UFC or a commission. The labels “base salary,” “incentive pay” and “pay-per-view” describe that publisher’s estimate methodology; they should not be read as verified contract terms.

Were the fighters’ full purses officially disclosed?
The available sources do not establish that the four fighters’ full UFC 309 purses or total earnings were officially released. SalarySport’s UFC 309 listing says purses were not disclosed and records the event bonuses separately. New York’s cited regulation addresses how fighter compensation is paid and controlled; it does not publish individual UFC 309 amounts.
Accordingly, “UFC 309 salaries” and “UFC 309 payouts” in secondary coverage should be read carefully: a reported total may combine a purported base amount, incentive pay, estimated pay-per-view money and an announced bonus. Publishers may include different components, so totals are not necessarily comparable. UFC Fans labels its figures “Les salaires (estimation)”—salaries (estimate)—and says they are calculated from potential earnings estimated using previously published figures.
