How to interpret these historical prices
A listed price alone does not tell you whether two offers were equivalent. A sound comparison checks the exact model and configuration, the seller and retailer, whether a bundle includes store credit, and any coupon or trade-in conditions. Stock, fulfillment, and return terms also need to be checked for the date and retailer in question; the cited reporting does not establish those details as current.
