Status: WonderFox’s 2023 Christmas software giveaway has ended. The campaign was advertised as offering 15 software products from 12 companies, with a claimed combined value of more than $650; that figure was reported by BetaNews, not independently verified. There is no verified way to claim the promotion now.
What the 2023 giveaway included
BetaNews reported on December 19, 2023, that WonderFox had partnered with 12 software companies for a two-round promotion featuring 15 products. The “more than $650” figure was the campaign’s reported valuation, not an independently assessed retail value. The offer was for digital software downloads, not a hardware bundle.
The reported rounds had different end dates. BetaNews said Round 1 ended December 25, 2023. A separate contemporaneous roundup listed Round 2 products and said that round continued through January 3, 2024.

What one included utility did
Ashampoo Backup Pro 17
Ashampoo describes Backup Pro 17 as a Windows backup application for copying individual files or entire partitions to local drives or online storage. No current claim route is established. The reported Round 1 and Round 2 deadlines passed in December 2023 and January 2024, respectively. Treat pages or download links that still mention the campaign as historical unless the publisher clearly confirms a new, active offer.

The campaign’s reported product list also does not establish complete license duration, upgrade, or support terms for every item. Those terms should not be inferred from the claimed bundle value or from the fact that a product appeared in a giveaway.
