Who became Qualtrics’ CEO?
GeekWire reported on February 3, 2026, that Jason Maynard was named CEO of Qualtrics, the experience management software company based in Provo, Utah, and Seattle. Maynard had been an Oracle executive vice president of revenue operations for about a decade, according to the report.
Maynard replaced Zig Serafin, who stepped down as CEO in October and remained vice chairman, GeekWire reported. The report also said Qualtrics had more than 4,500 employees globally and a pending $6.75 billion deal to acquire Press Ganey Forsta at the time. Those are February 2026 context figures, not confirmation of the company’s current headcount or the deal’s status.
GeekWire quoted Maynard describing 30 years in enterprise software, including work as a founder, Wall Street analyst and operator. He also characterized the current period as the biggest industry shift he had witnessed. The statements appeared in a blog post attributed to Maynard.
