You can order LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: The Shire (set 10354) directly from LEGO in the US. The official listing currently says “Available now,” not “Pre-Order.” Its initial release was in April 2025, so it is no longer awaiting its first preorder window.
Where can you buy LEGO The Shire set 10354?
The verified purchase destination is LEGO’s official US product page. It currently lists the set at $269.99; check the page before ordering because price and stock can change. The listing’s “Available now” status means it can be ordered now, rather than reserved ahead of a future release.
LEGO’s “Pre-Order” label is used for a set coming soon that can be ordered before release, with shipping starting on the preorder date. That label describes LEGO’s general status wording; it does not mean set 10354 is currently on preorder.
What is included in The Shire set?
LEGO’s March 2025 launch announcement describes the 18+ set as containing 2,017 pieces and measuring 45 cm wide, 27 cm long, and 20 cm high. The current US product page lists nine minifigures: Bilbo Baggins, Frodo, Gandalf the Grey, Samwise, Merry, Pippin, Rosie, Farmer Proudfoot, and Mrs. Proudfoot.
