For a QR-code shipment, select Download QR code. eBay’s U.S. help guidance says you can reprint at no extra cost within seven days of purchase.
Reprint a label from Seller Hub or My eBay
- Sign in to the eBay account used to buy the postage.
- In Seller Hub, open Shipping Labels. In My eBay, open Manage shipping labels.
- Find the purchased label and select Download label. Open or save the PDF, then print it.
- If the shipment uses a QR code, select Download QR code instead.

Print from the order page instead
- Open Orders in Seller Hub or My eBay.
- Find the order and select More actions.
- Choose Print packing slip and more to print the label from the order.
If you bought a single label, also check the purchase confirmation email for an attached PDF copy.
Reprint from the eBay app
- Sign in and tap Selling, then Orders.
- Open the order, tap the arrow beside Leave Feedback, and choose Manage shipping.
- Open the three-dot menu and select the relevant label action.
App controls can change, and not every account will necessarily show identical menus. If you cannot find the option, use the Seller Hub or My eBay label-management route.

Use a QR code if you do not have a printer
If the shipping service supports QR codes, retrieve the code and take it to a participating drop-off location to have the label printed. QR-code availability depends on the service and location. eBay: Using eBay shipping labels
Know when you need a new label, not a reprint
A reprint gives you another copy of the same purchased label. It does not buy postage for another package, and a prepaid label can be used only once. If one order is shipping in multiple packages, use eBay’s Print another label for this order option. That additional label is charged separately and has its own tracking number. If the label has incorrect details
Reprinting reproduces the label as purchased; it does not change the address, service, or postage. If an eligible label is unused and needs to be corrected, follow eBay’s cancellation process and purchase a replacement if appropriate. eBay’s U.S. guidance says sellers have 28 days to request cancellation of eligible unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS labels, and carrier review can take up to 21 days. These are cancellation and refund timeframes, not extra time to reprint. eBay Standard Envelope labels cannot be canceled after printing, and a QR code scanned at a participating drop-off point is treated as used and cannot be canceled. You can use a regular home printer or a label printer. A dedicated label printer is a convenience for sellers who print often, not a requirement: eBay’s packing guidance says special equipment is unnecessary and that standard paper can be taped to the package. eBay: Packing your item
