Target Circle is free; Target Circle 360 is a paid membership, and the Target Circle Card is a separate payment product. Target’s 2026 Target Circle Deal Days ran Oct. 6–7 and ended Oct. 7, so the event’s sale prices and enrollment offers are no longer current. Here’s how the three options differ and what the event included.
What do you get with free Target Circle?
Target Circle is Target’s free loyalty program. You can join on Target.com, in the Target app or at checkout in a store. Target says member deals apply automatically and members may receive personalized bonuses. Offers can vary, so check the app or website for the deals available to you.

These are distinct products: free Circle membership does not itself include the paid 360 subscription or the Circle Card’s payment benefits. Target’s overview describes the Circle program and Circle Card, while its event announcement outlined Circle 360 benefits.
Is Target Circle 360 worth it?
It depends on whether you will use the delivery and other subscription benefits enough to justify the price offered to you. Circle 360 may suit shoppers who regularly need eligible same-day delivery; occasional shoppers may prefer free Circle deals without a subscription. This is a personal break-even decision, not a guaranteed-savings claim.

- Available for immediate delivery. Gift cards sent by email can be scheduled up to a year in advance.

Target’s delivery page says same-day delivery is available through Circle 360 or for $9.99 per order. The page reports coverage in 80% of the U.S. and more than 5,000 cities; that is Target’s stated coverage figure, accessed Oct. 8, 2026, and availability depends on location. It also says two-day shipping is free for Circle 360 subscribers and Circle Card holders, or on orders meeting the stated $35 minimum. What happened during Target Circle Deal Days?
Target’s 2026 announcement called the event Target Circle Deal Days, not Circle Week. The sale ran Oct. 6–7, 2026, with early access beginning Oct. 5 for current Circle 360 members. The event has ended; its discounts should not be treated as available now.

Target advertised up to 40% off thousands of items across categories including fall style, beauty, toys and technology. Examples in the announcement included 30% off some Threshold and Hearth & Hand items, up to 40% off selected Dyson vacuums, and discounts on storage, kitchen gadgets, toys, selected laptops, and certain seasonal outdoor decor and lights. “Up to” described a maximum promotional discount, not a typical or guaranteed saving. What were the Circle 360 prices and eligibility discounts?
For Deal Days, Target listed $99 per year or $10.99 per month as regular Circle 360 prices, and discounted prices of $49 per year or $4.99 per month for eligible shoppers. The announcement named Target Circle Card holders and verified teachers, college students, military members and government assistance recipients; terms applied. These were prices in the event announcement, not a guarantee of the price or eligibility available now.

Target also announced a $50 Target Circle Rewards offer for new annual members who enrolled from Sept. 27 through Oct. 10, 2026. That enrollment window has passed. Check Target’s current membership terms before signing up or budgeting around a price or offer.

- Choose free Target Circle if you want member deals and personalized bonuses without paying a subscription fee.
- Consider the Circle Card if its extra 5% discount and other card benefits fit your spending and you meet the card’s eligibility and terms.
- Evaluate Circle 360 if you expect to use same-day delivery or other subscription benefits often enough to make its current price worthwhile.
Target’s own description of the event framed Circle as a way to combine discounts and personalized value with delivery and shipping options. The practical value still depends on the offers you receive, your delivery address and how often you use the paid benefits.
