This is a historical 2024 notice; the available information does not confirm that the individual hall ticket can still be downloaded.

Use the TNPSC official portal to reach the Commission’s candidate services. For the August 2024 Interview Posts release, TNPSC said the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket) was hosted on its websites and accessed through the candidate’s OTR dashboard. The announcement specified an application number and date of birth for access. It did not establish that the 2024 ticket remains available now.
TNPSC’s notification listing distinguishes the 2024 examination streams and shows their application processes as closed. Do not assume a current portal page will provide a historical ticket: follow the instructions shown on TNPSC’s official site.
How to download the Interview Posts hall ticket
- Open the TNPSC official portal.
- Go to the candidate’s One Time Registration (OTR) dashboard.
- Enter the application number and date of birth specified for the Notification 07/2024 Interview Posts release.
- If the hall ticket is available in the dashboard, open and download the Memorandum of Admission (Hall Ticket).
The Commission’s cited release does not describe how to recover a forgotten application number or regain OTR access. If you cannot sign in, consult the current support instructions on TNPSC’s official portal rather than relying on an unverified recovery method.

Which CTSE 2024 hall ticket does this notice concern?
“CTSE” refers to more than one TNPSC examination stream in 2024. The August hall-ticket announcement was for Interview Posts under Notification 07/2024, not the separate Non-Interview Posts exam or the Diploma/ITI Level and Interview Posts-II notifications. TNPSC lists these as distinct notifications; their schedules and ticket announcements should not be combined.

The separate Notification No. 9/2024 for Non-Interview Posts scheduled Paper I for 26 October 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Its Paper II subject-wise dates fell between 14 and 23 October, excluding 19 and 20 October. Those dates do not apply to the August Interview Posts hall ticket. A copy of Press Release No. 115/2024 hosted by a third party says the Non-Interview Posts ticket was hosted on 9 October 2024, but that copy should not be treated as an official TNPSC source without confirmation on TNPSC’s own site.
