Third-party websites describe TellHappyStar as a Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. customer feedback survey that may ask about a recent visit and receipt details, but those descriptions do not independently establish the current official portal or its terms. What to verify before counting on a reward
Do not assume that completing a survey guarantees a coupon, discount, or other reward. Check the invitation or official survey page for whether an offer is available and the conditions attached to it.
- What the reward is, if any, and whether it is tied to completing the survey.
- Where it can be redeemed, including any participating-location limits.
- When it expires and whether additional purchase or other conditions apply.
- Whether the receipt or a validation code must be presented to redeem it.
Third-party guides publish eligibility and reward details, but their terms conflict and are not official confirmation. Treat specifics such as receipt-age limits, age or residency requirements, participation frequency, and code expiration as unverified unless the receipt or official survey terms state them.

TellHappyStar is not the same as Hardee’s My Rewards
Hardee’s official My Rewards terms describe a separate loyalty program. They include ways to scan receipts through the app or website for loyalty points and state that Stars are not transferable between Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. Those terms do not confirm a TellHappyStar survey reward, and a survey validation offer should not be mistaken for My Rewards points.

Do not use an unverified guide to guess the survey address or redeem an offer. Contact the restaurant through the brand’s official support channel and provide the information needed to identify the visit, such as the receipt details. If the receipt does not state a reward or its conditions, confirm them before making a trip to redeem anything.
