What were the January 2025 Daily Cravings & Savings deals?
RetailWire’s January 13, 2025 report described rotating discounts on selected SONIC items. It reported these examples, but did not establish a complete list of restrictions or confirm that every offer was available on the same ordering channel.

SONIC announced separate value promotions in 2026, with their own items and availability windows. Those offers are not the “Daily Cravings & Savings” campaign:
| Separate promotion | Published offer | Availability stated by source |
|---|---|---|
| $7 Big Deal Meal and refreshed $1.99 menu | The meal included a SONIC Cheeseburger, small Premium Chicken Bites, a medium soft drink or iced tea, and a choice of medium tots or fries. The refreshed $1.99 menu listed a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Vanilla Soft Serve Cup, Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wrap, and Small Root Beer Float. | Inspire Brands’ June 1, 2026 release described the meal and listed menu lineup as limited-time offers at participating locations. It also described the $1.99 menu as a permanent value menu that frequently refreshes. Tax was not included. Inspire Brands’ announcement. |
| America $2.50 Menu | Red, White & Blue Slush Float, Jr Double Cheeseburger, All-American Hot Dog, and medium onion rings, each priced at $2.50 before tax. | SONIC said the menu was available June 22 through July 12, 2026, through its app and at participating locations nationwide. That offer window had ended by October 8, 2026. SONIC’s offer page. |
Do you need the SONIC app for a deal?
For the January 2025 campaign, RetailWire reported that some offers were app- or online-only, without identifying every deal that required digital ordering. The later 2026 America $2.50 Menu was explicitly available through the app and at participating locations. SONIC’s June 2026 release also limited the $7 meal and listed $1.99 lineup to participating locations.
