SBI’s 2024 recruitment for Assistant Manager Engineer posts covered Civil, Electrical and Fire disciplines. Online applications and fee payments were accepted from November 22 through December 12, 2024; the window is now closed. The recruitment was advertised as Specialist Cadre Officers on a regular basis under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2024-25/18.
Which Assistant Manager Engineer posts were included?
The notice listed three engineering disciplines. Its vacancy figures, as stated in the advertisement, were:

SBI scheduled online registration and fee payment from November 22 to December 12, 2024. The application period has ended, so new applications cannot be submitted against this notice.

How did SBI direct candidates to apply?
Applications had to be submitted online through the careers section of SBI’s official website. SBI said registration was complete only after the application fee was paid online by the deadline. It advised candidates not to leave submission until the final day, warning that heavy internet or website traffic could prevent access. The notice also stated that changes or corrections would not be allowed after the application window expired.
What is the status of this recruitment now?
SBI’s careers listings show later-stage updates for the same advertisement, including the final result for Assistant Manager Engineer (Fire), provisional selection lists for Civil and Electrical, and marks information for Civil and Electrical. The 2024 application announcement is therefore historical, not an open vacancy notice. Anyone seeking current openings should check SBI’s careers page for active recruitment notices.
