The eight ventures below are prominent documented businesses and investments—not a ranking by revenue, valuation or how much Johnson personally owns. Public sources do not provide comparable financial figures across them, and “co-founded,” “partnered” and “invested” describe different relationships.
How to read this list
TKO’s board biography offers a current snapshot of several ventures associated with Johnson, while company announcements clarify particular ownership and partnership arrangements. Neither establishes a comparable financial ranking. The table distinguishes Johnson’s documented role, the business model and what is known about financial scale.

1. Seven Bucks Productions
Johnson and Dany Garcia co-founded Seven Bucks Productions, a multi-platform production company. Its official description says it develops original content for film, television, emerging technologies and digital networks. Its slate includes Jungle Cruise, Red Notice, Jumanji: The Next Level, Young Rock and The Titan Games (Seven Bucks Productions; TKO biography).
The business is built around developing and producing entertainment and exploiting content across platforms. A film’s box-office receipts are not the same as Seven Bucks’ revenue: they do not, on their own, show the company’s production economics, fees or share of proceeds. The cited sources do not state a comparable standalone valuation or revenue figure.

2. Teremana Tequila
TKO identifies Siete Bucks Spirits as the liquor company producing Teremana, in partnership with Mast-Jägermeister, and lists the venture among Johnson’s co-founded businesses (TKO biography). That supports describing Johnson as a co-founder; it does not establish his exact ownership percentage or the brand’s financial size. The cited current sources provide no comparable sales or valuation figure.
3. ZOA Energy
Johnson co-founded ZOA with Dany Garcia, Dave Rienzi and John Shulman. In November 2024, Molson Coors announced it had taken a majority ownership stake and would lead the brand’s marketing, retail, direct-to-consumer sales and development. Johnson remains a prominent co-founder and brand figure, but the announcement makes clear that Molson Coors holds the majority stake (Molson Coors announcement).
Molson Coors reported that half of ZOA buyers made a repeat purchase, 30% were new to the energy-drink category, and the brand was a top-10 energy drink on Amazon. It also reported distribution across more than 25,000 retail locations and 86,000 points of distribution in North America. These are company-reported metrics in its 2024 announcement, not independently audited comparisons or a current ranking. ZOA later announced a limited-time Lemon Lime flavor available exclusively on Amazon in May 2025; availability may change (ZOA announcement).

Project Rock is Johnson’s lifestyle brand and athletic apparel line, associated with Under Armour. It extends his business portfolio into consumer products and licensing rather than film production or beverages (TKO biography; Under Armour). The cited sources do not disclose a standalone revenue or valuation figure, so the brand cannot be sized against the other ventures here.
Rank #3
5. XFL and the United Football League
In August 2020, Johnson, Garcia and RedBird Capital Partners were selected as the winning bidders for substantially all assets of Alpha Entertainment, the XFL’s parent company. Their announcement put the group’s purchase price at approximately $15 million; it did not say that Johnson personally supplied that amount (XFL announcement).
The league later changed shape: TKO describes the relaunched XFL as having combined with the USFL to become the United Football League (TKO biography). The acquisition price is a historical transaction figure for the consortium’s asset purchase, not a measure of Johnson’s current stake or the league’s present value.

6. Papatui
TKO names Papatui as a men’s personal care brand co-founded by Johnson (TKO biography). It adds a consumer-products category distinct from his drinks and apparel interests. The cited source does not report sales, valuation or Johnson’s ownership percentage.

A 2020 announcement reported a new Johnson investment in Acorns (XFL announcement). It does not specify the stake or establish that he remains an owner. Acorns therefore belongs on a list of documented business interests, but the evidence does not support presenting it as a current flagship venture.

8. VOSS Water: a reported partnership and investment
The same 2020 announcement described a strategic partnership and investment involving Johnson and VOSS Water (XFL announcement). It did not disclose the investment size or establish current ownership. The relationship is best treated as a historical report, not proof that Johnson currently controls the water brand.
What “owns” means across the portfolio
Public descriptions use different relationship terms: co-founder for businesses such as Seven Bucks, ZOA, Teremana and Papatui; a brand association and partnership for Project Rock; participation in an acquisition consortium for the XFL; and reported investment or partnership for Acorns and VOSS. Those labels do not reveal exact equity stakes. For ZOA, Molson Coors’ majority ownership announcement is a specific, dated ownership fact; the cited sources do not provide comparable current ownership percentages for the other ventures.
In January 2024, TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon said, “Very few people on the planet understand the convergence of sports, entertainment, media, and business like Rock” (TKO announcement). That is a corporate partner’s praise, not evidence of financial performance.
