Six dining and bar concepts were announced for the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, alongside the hotel’s expected December 2026 opening. They range from a high-rise cocktail lounge to a café and a seasonal poolside bar. The Indianapolis Star reported the plans on October 6, 2026; the announcement described future openings, not venues confirmed to be operating.
What is planned at the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis?
The hotel is planned for 101 W. Georgia St. in downtown Indianapolis. According to the Indianapolis Star’s October 6, 2026 report, it is expected to have 803 rooms and six original dining concepts at launch. The concepts were developed with Hilton’s in-house StiR Creative Collective and draw on local references including Indiana’s state flag, sycamore trees, racing, and corn-distilled spirits. Opening plans and reservations
The six concepts were expected to launch with the hotel’s 803 rooms in December 2026, according to the Star’s report. That is an announced schedule, not confirmation that the hotel or venues have opened. Reservations were expected to be available through OpenTable and the Signia website, but the report did not state when booking would begin. It also did not provide menus, prices, or hours.
A seventh restaurant from an outside ownership group was planned for summer 2027. Its name had not been announced in the report.

Who is leading the food and beverage operation?
Dwayne Krisko was named executive chef overseeing the hotel’s dining portfolio. The Star reported that he had more than 20 years of hospitality experience, previously led Hilton restaurants in the Maldives and Croatia, and joined Hilton in 2023 after working in hotel and resort kitchens in Lebanon, Dubai, Qatar, Vietnam, England, and Miami.
Kyle Wright was named director of food and beverage, overseeing the restaurants and bars as well as Modern Indiana Table catering. The report said he had managed Hilton hotel restaurants and bars since 2015, including positions in New York, Orlando, and Arlington, Virginia. Hilton Americas senior vice president Brian Abel described the concepts in a news release quoted by the Star as designed to celebrate Indianapolis culture and creativity while encouraging connection and discovery.
