What’s new at Trader Joe’s this October?
Trader Joe’s Fall 2026 Fearless Flyer is dated September 8, 2026, and the October product roundups from Parade and Martha Stewart were published on October 2 and October 4. Together, they point to more than pumpkin sweets: the picks include a prepared meal, a drink mixer, a dressing, and a cheese for entertaining, as well as seasonal confectionery. The selection below is organized by use, not ranked by a comparative test.
Five finds for different occasions
1. Chicken Florentine Lasagna: a low-effort dinner
Parade describes this 32-ounce frozen lasagna as layers of durum wheat semolina noodles, ground chicken, spinach, creamy white sauce, Parmesan and Romano, garlic, black pepper, and nutmeg. Its reported listed price is $7.49. Parade says it can be heated in a microwave or a conventional oven, making it a practical option when you want a ready-to-heat meal rather than a recipe project. The coverage does not establish that it is a fall-only product.
2. London Fog Tea Drink Concentrate: hot or iced
For a quick tea-based drink, Parade describes a 16-fluid-ounce concentrate made with Assam and bergamot black teas and vanilla. Mix one part concentrate with two parts milk or a non-dairy beverage, then serve hot or iced. The listed price reported by Parade is $2.99. Unlike the seasonal picks, Parade says this concentrate is not limited to fall.

3. Apple Vinaigrette Dressing: for salads and beyond
Parade describes this 12-fluid-ounce dressing as sweet-tart, made with apple juice concentrate and honey alongside vinegar. It is suggested for salads, but can also be used as a marinade or finishing sauce. Its listed price in Parade’s October coverage is $3.49. That versatility makes it a useful pantry addition if you want a seasonal apple note without buying a dessert or snack.
4. Pink Peppercorn Fontina: an unusual cheese-board option
Parade describes this seven-ounce wheel as Wisconsin-made Fontina coated with cracked pink peppercorns and freeze-dried strawberry powder. It is suggested for cheese boards, salads, and burgers, so it can work as an entertaining centerpiece or a more distinctive sandwich ingredient. Parade reported a listed price of $6.99. The combination of peppercorn and strawberry powder gives it a different profile from a plain cheese-board staple.

5. Pumpkin Spice Bark: a seasonal sweet-and-salty treat
Trader Joe’s calls its Pumpkin Spice Bark “New to our shelves this fall” in the Fall 2026 Fearless Flyer. The official description lists white chocolate with pumpkin pie spices, pretzel and gingersnap pieces, dark chocolate drizzle, and sea salt. The bark comes in an eight-ounce resealable pouch for a listed $5.49 and is described as available through fall. Expect a crisp confection built around white chocolate and gingersnap; it is not the right pick for someone who dislikes either flavor.
