For a regular account or technical problem, start at Zillow’s Help Center; Zillow also lists customer support at 888-367-4009. If you are a Premier Agent partner, contacting Zillow about brokerage or MLS matters, or reporting a suspicious listing, use the separate route for that issue.
1. Use Zillow’s Help Center for customer or technical support
Zillow directs customers with general or technical questions to its Help Center. Choose the closest issue category and follow the instructions shown there. Zillow’s support page also lists 888-367-4009 for customer support and points users to zillow.help/contact-us for guided help. Check Zillow’s live pages for current contact details before calling.
2. Call Premier Agent Partner Support for agent issues
Zillow Premier Agent partners can call 888-466-3501 for issues such as missing listings, app or sign-in trouble, contact and inbox problems, routing or notifications, profile and review questions, advertising, and general billing inquiries. Zillow’s agent support page lists these hours: Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time; Saturday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time. The page is dated August 2, 2024, so confirm the current schedule and number on Zillow’s Partner Support page.
3. Use the brokerage or MLS line for business inquiries
For brokerage or MLS inquiries, Zillow lists 877-313-8601. This is a business inquiry number, not the general customer-support line. Zillow also provides this mailing address for Brokerage Operations: Zillow, Inc., Attn: Brokerage Operations, 1301 Second Avenue, Floor 36, Seattle, WA 98101. 4. Report a suspicious listing from its property page
- Open the property listing on Zillow.
- Select “Report Listing.”
- Choose “Listing seems to be fraudulent or illegal.”
Zillow’s scam guidance advises against sending money or sensitive information to someone whose identity or legitimacy you have not verified.
