Sephora’s 2026 Black Friday page covers beauty categories including skin care and makeup, and points shoppers to gift sets and sampler kits. That establishes category context—not live offers.
Ulta’s Black Friday page says its 2025 event is over and directs shoppers to watch for 2026 offers. It describes the prior event as featuring up to 50% off selected brands. “Up to” is a maximum, not a typical or guaranteed discount, and the historical offer does not establish a 2026 price.
So, the answer to “What are the best Black Friday skin care and makeup deals?” is: the best 2026 picks cannot be named responsibly until their specific offers are published and checked. A retailer’s sale page or a product’s appearance on it is not enough to verify a discount.

How to tell whether a Black Friday beauty deal is worth buying
For personal-finance purposes, the useful comparison is the amount you will actually pay for something you will use—not the largest advertised percentage. Check the offer details at the retailer before purchasing.
- Verify the real price comparison. Compare the sale price with a stated list or previous price, and calculate the savings in dollars. Treat “up to” language as a ceiling rather than a typical discount. A markdown on a sale page alone does not show that the price is a special Black Friday offer.
- Compare like with like. Confirm the product name, size, and set contents. A sampler or mini set is not equivalent to a full-size item; compare the amount of product and the cost per unit when that information is available.
- Read the terms before counting the savings. Look for offer dates, coupon codes, exclusions, membership conditions, shipping or pickup availability, and stock status. The 2026 dates and product-level terms are not established by the retailer pages cited above.
- Choose for fit, not discount size. For skin care, consider whether the formula suits your routine and whether you tolerate its ingredients. For makeup, check shades and set contents, and whether you will use the items. An unwanted product is not a bargain at any percentage off.
- Keep rewards separate from the price cut. Ulta says Beauty Rewards members earn points on each dollar spent and can redeem them toward products or beauty services (Ulta’s Black Friday page). Points may affect the value you receive, but they are not an additional advertised discount; check the applicable program terms before assigning them a dollar value.
Do not confuse October Prime Day prices with Black Friday offers
Who What Wear reported TruSkin Brightening Vitamin C Serum for $19, previously $39, during Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days 2026. That figure belongs to a different shopping event, as described in its October 2026 beauty deals roundup. It does not establish a Black Friday price, a continuing discount, or a price available when you shop later.

How to build a dependable 25-deal list
A genuinely useful list needs more than 25 product names. For every pick, confirm and show the retailer, exact product and size or set contents, current offer, reference price if the retailer substantiates one, offer dates, and meaningful exclusions or eligibility requirements. Mark confirmed live offers separately from general sale-page markdowns, and recheck prices and stock when publishing because offers can change.
Until retailers publish verifiable product-level offers, historical examples can help shoppers know what kinds of products have appeared before, but they cannot support a current ranked list or a claim that a given product is among the best deals for 2026.
