In the U.S., Kia’s 2024 sedan lineup consisted of two models: the compact Forte and midsize K5. Kia’s original announced prices started at $19,990 for the Forte LX and $25,590 for the K5 LXS, before a $1,155 destination fee. The Forte offered the lower starting price and a manual-transmission GT option; the larger K5 lineup included an available all-wheel-drive GT-Line and a 290-hp GT.
Which Kia sedans were in the 2024 U.S. lineup?
Kia America’s model-year archive lists the Forte and K5 as 2024 models. It lists the Rio and Stinger under 2023, not 2024, so neither belongs in the U.S. 2024 lineup. This is a U.S.-market answer; Kia’s U.S. archive does not establish the lineup for other countries. Kia America’s model archive
The Forte is the compact, lower-priced choice. The K5 is the larger sport sedan, with a higher starting price and a more powerful top trim. Kia’s original announced MSRPs are useful for comparing launch prices, but they are not current used-car values, dealer quotes, or out-the-door costs.
