Zong’s customer-facing pages currently list the 4G Bolt+ at Rs. 7,000 in Pakistan, with taxes stated as included. Internet data is billed separately. A 65GB monthly bundle would put the basic device-plus-data total at Rs. 9,500, while a flat 200GB bundle would bring it to Rs. 10,000. Zong also has a separate backend listing with lower figures, so confirm the amount shown at checkout or by the selling Customer Service Centre before paying. Prices and offers below were checked against Zong pages on August 18, 2026.
Zong device price in Pakistan
The standard public price to use for budgeting is Rs. 7,000 for the Zong 4G Bolt+. Zong shows this amount on its product page, booking page, FAQ and SIM-price information. The hardware price is separate from any MBB data package unless a specific promotional checkout combines them.

| Listing | Displayed price | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| 4G Bolt+ customer product page | Rs. 7,000 | Main current public price |
| 4G Bolt+ booking page | Rs. 7,000 | Supports the public price |
| 4G Bolt+ FAQ and SIM-price listings | Rs. 7,000 | Additional official confirmation |
| Backend 4G Bolt record | Rs. 2,500 | Conflicting figure; verify availability |
| Backend 4G Bolt+ record | Rs. 3,300 | Conflicting figure; verify availability |
| Wingle listing on SIM-price page | Rs. 999 | Listed by Zong, but no detailed current product page was verified |
The lower Bolt and Bolt+ figures come from Zong’s backend device endpoint, while customer-facing pages show Rs. 7,000. The endpoint may represent an older, discounted or order-flow price. Do not assume Rs. 2,500 or Rs. 3,300 is universally payable; check the final online order screen or request a receipt at the CSC or retailer.

What is the Zong 4G Bolt+?
Bolt+ is a portable 4G LTE hotspot. It takes a Zong mobile-data SIM and shares the connection over Wi-Fi, allowing phones, laptops, tablets or a smart TV to connect without using a phone as the hotspot. Zong advertises support for up to 10 Wi-Fi devices and speeds of up to 150 Mbps under suitable network conditions.
#1 Best Overall
- 4G LTE with 3G fallback.
- 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Plug-and-play operation and rechargeable battery.
- Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.6 and several Linux distributions are listed as supported computer systems.
“Up to 150 Mbps” is an advertised ceiling, not a guaranteed speed. Coverage, indoor signal, congestion, available bands, Wi-Fi distance, connected-device count and the bundle’s rules determine actual performance.
Battery specifications are inconsistent
Zong’s product page lists a 3,000 mAh battery and up to 12 hours of working time. Its booking page lists a 3.8 V, 2,100 mAh battery and approximately six hours, with standby up to 300 hours depending on the network. These may describe different hardware revisions or outdated page copy. Confirm the exact model and battery specification supplied with your order instead of relying on one runtime promise.

| Bundle | Anytime data | Time-restricted data | Validity | Price | Practical fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly 65GB | 65GB | None stated | 30 days | Rs. 2,500 | Light or moderate use |
| Monthly 160GB | 80GB | 80GB, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | 30 days | Rs. 2,600 | Heavy users who can use daytime data |
| Monthly 200GB flat | 200GB | None stated | 30 days | Rs. 3,000 | Users needing an unrestricted allocation |
| Monthly 200GB time-window offer | 100GB | 100GB, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | 30 days | Rs. 3,300 | Users able to schedule daytime consumption |
| Three-month package | 65GB per month | Not separately stated | 3 months | Rs. 5,750 | Temporary but recurring use |
| Six-month package | 75GB per month | 30GB per month, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | 6 months | Rs. 12,500 | Longer commitment |
| Twelve-month package | 75GB per month | 30GB per month, 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | 360 days | Rs. 23,000 | Consistent year-round use |
| MBB 5GB add-on | 5GB | Depends on base offer | According to base bundle | Rs. 450 on bundle page; Rs. 440 on another page | Extra data when eligible |
Zong’s pages are not perfectly synchronized: the 5GB add-on appears as Rs. 450 or Rs. 440, and package descriptions vary slightly by activation channel. The flat 200GB and 200GB time-window offers are different products. Check the amount and allowance displayed immediately before activation at Zong’s bundle page, activation page or online shop. Zong’s listed pages do not establish a rollover policy, so do not assume unused data carries forward.

What will the first month cost?
These are arithmetic combinations of the listed public prices, not guaranteed checkout quotations.
| Scenario | Calculation | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Device only | Rs. 7,000 | Rs. 7,000 |
| Device + 65GB monthly | Rs. 7,000 + Rs. 2,500 | Rs. 9,500 |
| Device + 160GB monthly | Rs. 7,000 + Rs. 2,600 | Rs. 9,600 |
| Device + flat 200GB monthly | Rs. 7,000 + Rs. 3,000 | Rs. 10,000 |
| FAQ first-time promotion | Rs. 7,000 + Rs. 700 for 65GB | Rs. 7,700 |
The FAQ’s Rs. 700 first-time 65GB offer is promotional and eligibility-dependent. Confirm that it is still available for your new connection before treating Rs. 7,700 as the payable total.
Long-term package cost per month
| Package | Total price | Effective package cost |
|---|---|---|
| Three months | Rs. 5,750 | Approximately Rs. 1,917 per month |
| Six months | Rs. 12,500 | Approximately Rs. 2,083 per month |
| Twelve months | Rs. 23,000 | Approximately Rs. 1,917 per month |
These figures exclude the Bolt+ hardware. Long-term plans reduce renewal effort but require more money upfront and create risk if you move, lose coverage or no longer need the service.

Master number, activation and usage checks
Master number
Zong’s FAQ says a representative asks for a master number when an MBB device is purchased. It can be a Zong number or another operator’s number. With a Zong master number, dial *6767# to check the MBB number and remaining resources, recharge, transfer balance and manage bundles. If the master number belongs to another operator, Zong says some usage-notification functionality is unavailable.
Bundle activation channels
Available channels listed by Zong include the online shop, E-Care, My Zong app, 310 helpline, Customer Service Centre or franchise, *310#, *6767#, the MBB web interface, MBB auto portal, retailers, live chat and social channels. Availability can vary by offer and account.
Check remaining data in the device portal
- Connect to the Bolt+ from a laptop or computer.
- Open a browser and enter 192.168.8.1 if the interface does not open automatically.
- Choose Zong Services, then Check Services.
- Select Check Data Usage and read the result in the device SMS section.
Which package should you choose?
Light or moderate use
Choose the 65GB monthly package at Rs. 2,500 if the hotspot is mainly for browsing, study, email and occasional video.

The 160GB plan at Rs. 2,600 has the lowest listed monthly price per total gigabyte, but 80GB is restricted to 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. It suits downloads, updates or work scheduled during that window.
Rank #4
Unrestricted allocation
The flat 200GB plan at Rs. 3,000 is the clearer choice when evening and nighttime usage matters, subject to confirmation that this offer is available through your activation channel.
Temporary or seasonal use
Use a monthly plan rather than paying six or twelve months upfront when your location, coverage or data needs may change.
Existing inactive MBB customers
Check reactivation offers before buying new hardware. Zong lists one-month reactivation at Rs. 1,000, two months at Rs. 1,500 and three months at Rs. 2,100, but these appear intended for eligible existing or previously inactive MBB users, not guaranteed new-customer offers.
Recommended Free Tools
Is Bolt+ worth buying?
It is a sensible fit when
- Zong signal is reliable inside the intended home, office or travel route.
- Several devices need a separate connection.
- You want to keep your phone free for calls and normal use.
- Portability matters and 65GB–200GB per month is enough.
Consider alternatives when
- Zong coverage is weak or unstable at the location.
- You need unlimited, consistently high-volume broadband.
- Only one phone or laptop needs occasional access; a phone hotspot may be sufficient.
- Reliable fixed fiber, DSL or cable broadband is already available.
- You expect 150 Mbps everywhere or plan simultaneous heavy streaming by many users.
An unlocked 4G pocket Wi-Fi device is another conceptual option, but Zong’s pages do not establish that Bolt+ is unlocked for other networks. Do not assume cross-network use without confirmation.

Warnings before payment
- Test coverage: Put a Zong SIM at the intended indoor location and check stability before committing to a long-term package.
- Separate hardware and data: Verify whether the quoted amount covers only the device or also includes a bundle, SIM, delivery or another service.
- Check time windows: A headline 160GB or 200GB figure may include data usable only from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Verify the exact model: Battery capacity and runtime differ between Zong’s own pages.
- Review taxes carefully: Zong says listed MBB prices are tax-inclusive, while its pages also mention 15% advance income tax on every recharge and 19.5% GST on usage where applicable. Confirm how these conditions apply to your transaction.
- Keep proof: Save the online confirmation or obtain a receipt from the CSC or retailer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Zong Bolt+ price include internet data?
No. The Rs. 7,000 public price is for the device; a bundle is normally purchased separately. A promotional first-time 65GB offer at Rs. 700 is mentioned in Zong’s FAQ but must be confirmed for current eligibility.
Is Zong’s 150 Mbps speed guaranteed?
No. It is Zong’s advertised maximum under suitable conditions. Coverage, congestion, signal strength, Wi-Fi conditions and connected devices affect actual speed.
Can I rely on the Rs. 2,500 or Rs. 3,300 Bolt prices?
Not without confirmation. Those amounts appear on a Zong backend endpoint, while customer-facing pages show Rs. 7,000 for Bolt+. Check the final order flow or ask the selling CSC for the payable amount.
