Zillow Showcase—formerly called ShowingTime+ Listing Showcase—is a paid, subscription-based premium listing experience for real estate agents and sellers. It combines enhanced listing media with promotional placement on Zillow. Zillow reports higher engagement and stronger sale outcomes for Showcase listings, but those are company-reported comparisons, not guaranteed results for a particular home. Pricing and availability should be confirmed for the agent’s market.
What is Zillow Showcase?
Zillow introduced Listing Showcase in 2023 as an immersive, AI-powered way to present homes. After nationwide availability for listing agents was announced in February 2024, the agent-facing product page adopted the name Zillow Showcase. Agents buy it through subscription plans intended for businesses of different sizes; Zillow’s reviewed pages do not state a standard current price. Zillow’s agent page describes the current product.

For shoppers, Showcase adds a premium presentation to a home’s Zillow listing. Zillow describes high-resolution scrolling photography, a virtual tour, an interactive floor plan, prioritized placement in Zillow search results and dedicated email marketing to shoppers whose search criteria match the property. Zillow’s consumer-facing overview outlines the package.
What media and features are included?
Organized photography and interactive floor plans
Showcase organizes photos room by room and pairs them with an interactive floor plan. Zillow says the floor plan can also appear on the listing’s map display, giving shoppers a way to relate the home’s layout to its location. Virtual tours, Virtual Staging and SkyTour
Virtual tours are part of the consumer-facing package. In October 2025, Zillow announced Virtual Staging, an AI-powered Showcase feature that lets buyers explore staged presentations of a home. Zillow connected the launch to a finding from its 2024 Consumer Housing Trends Report: 71% of sellers surveyed were more likely to hire an agent who uses interactive media such as virtual tours or floor plans. That is a reported seller preference, not proof that Showcase causes sellers to hire a particular agent.
Zillow has also described SkyTour, which uses Gaussian splatting to turn drone footage into an interactive, real-time 3D model. Availability and inclusion of these newer features should be confirmed for the specific listing and market rather than assumed from their announcement. How agents create Showcase media
An agent can work with a photographer of their choice or use ShowingTime+ Listing Media Services where available. Zillow does not establish that its media service is offered in every market. Before booking, the agent should confirm which assets are included, who produces them, turnaround time, and whether any services carry extra charges. Zillow says this analysis covered listings using Showcase treatment when they went live in the applicable MLS and that sold on or before March 2026. It compared the initial 14 days while each listing was active and matched listings using home type, city and distance, timing, price, square footage and bedroom count. The figures are Zillow’s own observational comparisons; they do not show that Showcase alone caused the difference or predict what an individual listing will achieve. Zillow’s current agent page also reports that Showcase listings sell for 2% or $7,000 more, on average, and presents more than 75% more page views, saves and shares, plus 35% more listings won for agents using Showcase on the majority of their Zillow listings. The page excerpt does not provide full methodology for those measures, so treat them as Zillow’s claims rather than independent validation. Zillow’s agent page presents these figures.

For historical context, Zillow’s February 2024 nationwide announcement cited early results: Showcase-market listings went pending almost 15% faster than similar nearby listings, with 68% more page views, 66% more saves and 63% more shares. Zillow limited that analysis to Showcase markets and a six-month period ending with data from January 14, 2024. These earlier figures are not a substitute for the later comparison. Showcase is most relevant when the seller and agent value a richer digital presentation and additional promotion specifically on Zillow. Its value depends on the listing, local availability, costs and the rest of the marketing plan; the reported averages alone are not enough to forecast a sale premium or justify a subscription.
