How ZeroBounce pricing works

Totals beyond the 2,000-credit tier are arithmetic estimates based on the listed per-credit rates, not separately stated package prices. The lower unit rate at higher volumes can be attractive if you will use the credits, but it also means paying more upfront for a larger balance.
ZeroBounce’s billing FAQ says duplicate addresses and unknown verification results are not charged. It also says credits do not expire, while the vendor’s purchasing guide qualifies expiration terms for accounts created after June 1, 2026. Because those statements differ by account timing, check the terms that apply to your account rather than assuming every balance remains valid indefinitely. What ZeroBounce ONE includes
ONE is a recurring subscription rather than a larger credit pack. As displayed on ZeroBounce’s ONE page and billing FAQ on October 8, 2026, it costs $99 per month with monthly billing or $79 per month with annual billing, which the vendor describes as a 20% annual discount. The annual rate is a monthly equivalent tied to annual billing, not the same month-to-month commitment as the $99 option.

The ONE page also describes warmup seeds, but the listed quantities above come from the billing FAQ. ZeroBounce says unused validation credits roll over; unused tests, monitors, searches, and warmup seeds do not. The plan page says subscribers can cancel from account settings. Pay-as-you-go or ONE: which fits your usage?
Compare the cost against what you will actually use each month, not simply the headline subscription price. Pay-as-you-go avoids a recurring charge but requires at least 2,000 credits per purchase. ONE may make sense when you regularly need its included tools as well as verification; unused non-validation allowances do not roll over.
- Choose credit purchases for occasional verification: This avoids paying monthly for tools you do not use. Consider the minimum purchase and the account-specific expiration terms.
- Consider ONE for recurring, multi-tool work: Compare your expected verification volume, Email Finder searches, placement and server testing, blacklist monitoring, and DMARC needs with the included monthly amounts.
- Weigh annual billing against flexibility: The displayed $79 monthly equivalent is tied to annual billing; choose it only if the commitment and usage pattern suit you. The $99 monthly option is the alternative shown for monthly billing.
- Ask about enterprise terms above one million credits: ZeroBounce says custom pricing is available for purchases or subscriptions above that volume and describes onboarding and support for enterprise plans.
In its September 15, 2025 announcement, ZeroBounce said ONE brought validation credits and deliverability tools together in a subscription. PR Director Corina Leslie described it as bringing “enterprise-level tools to businesses of all sizes.” That is the company’s positioning, not independent evidence that the plan will improve deliverability or pay for itself. ZeroBounce also says it launched Email Warmup, DMARC Monitor, Verify+, an upgraded Email Finder, inbox placement and server testing tools, blacklist monitoring, and a Geolocation API, and that subscriptions were being migrated to ONE. Is ZeroBounce worth the cost?
It depends on whether the service’s verification and deliverability features match your sending workflow. A small or occasional user should compare the cost of the minimum credit purchase with expected use and confirm expiration terms. A team that routinely uses several ONE features can assess the subscription by matching its monthly allowances to actual needs; paying for unused tests, searches, or monitoring does not become worthwhile just because they are bundled.
At higher volumes, the credit rate falls, but total upfront spend rises. G2 reviewers’ complaints about cost at scale and credits running out are useful prompts to estimate your volume carefully, not proof that the service will or will not be economical for your organization.
