What are Zero Sugar Oreos?
OREO lists Zero Sugar Chocolate Sandwich Cookies in individually packaged two-cookie snack packs, with about 10 packs per container. A Double Stuf Zero Sugar version is also listed. The product page identifies the serving size for the snack pack as one 22.6 g pack. OREO’s product listing provides the product details and ingredient information.
The Associated Press reported on December 9, 2025, that OREO Zero Sugar and Double Stuf Zero Sugar were planned as permanent additions to the U.S. lineup, with sales beginning in January 2026. That launch announcement does not confirm that a particular retailer has them in stock today. The Associated Press report also said the products were already sold in Europe and China at the time.

The zero-sugar figures apply to the stated serving; they do not mean the cookies are calorie-free or carbohydrate-free. The ingredient list includes maltitol, sorbitol, sucralose and acesulfame potassium, among other ingredients. The package declares wheat and soy.
How does that compare with regular Oreos?
The comparison often cited uses different serving sizes: three regular OREO cookies weighing 34 g versus one 22.6 g Zero Sugar pack. The Associated Press reported 13 g of added sugars in the regular-cookie serving and 0 g in the Zero Sugar serving. This is not a like-for-like comparison of equal weights or cookie counts.
