Recommended Free Tools
YourDigitalLift is fitness-business management software advertised from ₹699 per month, with features for gyms, studios, trainers, and wellness businesses. Its strongest apparent fit is an India-based operator looking for membership and billing tools alongside GST invoicing, UPI/Razorpay payments, WhatsApp communication, and member apps. The advertised entry price is not a complete price list: plan limits, add-ons, and contract terms are not published in full, so request a written quote before budgeting.
Its ratings are generally positive in company and directory listings, but the figures vary by page and the iOS listing has too few ratings to show an overview. Treat the reviews as a reason to investigate—not a substitute for a demo, reference checks, and a data-export test.
What is YourDigitalLift?
YourDigitalLift markets an all-in-one platform for gym and club administration, boutique studios such as Pilates businesses, personal trainers, and wellness or nutrition providers. Its product pages describe membership records, billing, attendance, lead tracking, class scheduling, workout and diet plans, staff tools, reporting, and branded member and coach apps. The company also sells digital marketing services, which are a separate service line rather than an assumed part of the software subscription.
The vendor says it serves customers in more than 27 countries and cites customer counts on its pages, but these are company claims, not audited figures. Its product positioning repeatedly emphasizes Indian workflows such as GST-ready invoices, UPI, Razorpay, and WhatsApp. That makes geography an important part of evaluating fit.

YourDigitalLift pricing in 2026
The company advertises a starting price of ₹699 per month on its gym-software page, which also displays approximately US$8 per month. This is a starting-price claim, not a published plan table. The dedicated pricing page collects business and contact details rather than listing every plan, limit, and fee, so the public information does not establish what the ₹699 price includes or whether it applies to every location or customer.
Before treating that figure as your monthly cost, ask the sales representative to itemize the complete quote and confirm:
- Whether the price covers one location, one account, or a specified number of members and staff.
- Which modules are included: lead management, reports, class scheduling, trainer tools, and member or coach apps.
- Whether branded apps, onboarding, migration, customization, or support have separate fees.
- Whether WhatsApp and SMS are included, usage-based, or billed separately.
- Whether payment-gateway charges, biometric hardware, and integrations add costs.
- Whether GST is added to the quoted price, and whether the rate is monthly, annual, or promotional.
- What happens to pricing when you add branches, members, or staff, and whether there is a minimum term.
- Renewal, cancellation, downgrade, refund, and data-access terms.
YourDigitalLift promotes a free demo. An older company site advertises a seven-day free trial, but the current signup path does not clearly confirm that offer. Ask whether a trial is currently available and what functionality it includes before relying on it. The older offer appears at yourdigitallift.org.

YourDigitalLift ratings and reviews
The rating and review counts shown by the company are not consistent across its pages. A third-party directory also summarizes Google ratings, but that is not an independent audit of the underlying profile. The figures below describe what the cited pages report; they should not be combined into one definitive score or total.
| Source | Rating and volume reported | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| Current gym-software page | 4.9 rating; 500+ happy reviews | Company-published figure; the wording does not establish an independently verified review total. |
| Studio page | 4.9 Google rating; 500+ reviews | Company page’s description of its rating and review count. |
| Personal-trainer page | 4.9 rating; 350+ Google reviews | Another company-published figure, with a different review count. |
| Older .org gym-software page | 4.7/5 from 112 Google reviews | Older page; its count and rating differ from current product-page claims. |
| Techjockey product listing | Reports a 4.8 Google rating with 300+ reviews | Third-party directory summary, not an independently audited rating. |
| Apple App Store listing | Not enough ratings or reviews to display an overview; version 1.4.2 is dated April 29, 2025 | App-store review depth does not establish app reliability or match broader Google-review claims. |
Vendor-published testimonials can help identify benefits customers are said to value, such as support, ease of use, member engagement, or payment workflows. They are not independent evidence that every customer has the same experience. For a more useful review check, examine recent comments on the underlying review platform, look for specific workflows and identifiable businesses, and distinguish software complaints from onboarding, billing, and support issues. The company’s homepage and older .org site also publish testimonials and rating claims.
Is YourDigitalLift legitimate?
YourDigitalLift presents itself as a standalone software vendor through its current .com site and an older .org site. Its contact pages include Mumbai, UAE, and US contact or address claims, and the sites reference YOURDIGITALLIFT Private Limited. Multiple domains and contact details do not, by themselves, establish a problem, but they make it sensible to verify who is legally responsible for your subscription before payment.
Ask for the legal contracting entity, the name that will appear on the invoice, the payment recipient, and the applicable tax details in writing. Compare those details with the vendor’s current contact page, alternate contact page, and older .org contact page. If a reseller or implementation partner is involved, establish which party handles support, data access, renewals, and refunds.

Who is YourDigitalLift best suited to?
Potentially strong fit: India-based gyms and studios
An Indian operator that needs membership administration, GST invoicing, UPI or Razorpay payments, WhatsApp reminders, and lead follow-up may find the advertised feature mix relevant. A small or midsize business that prefers a guided demo and assisted setup may also be comfortable with a sales-led buying process, provided the actual quote and support commitments are clear.
Potentially useful: trainers, Pilates studios, and wellness businesses
The vendor markets dedicated tools for studios, personal trainers, and wellness coaches, including class booking, session or package tracking, and workout or diet-plan features. A solo coach should verify that the quoted plan is sized for a small operation rather than assuming the gym-oriented starting price includes every coaching or app feature.

Needs closer validation: multi-location and international buyers
Multi-location management is advertised, but branch-level permissions, shared member records, consolidated reporting, and per-location pricing should be demonstrated. For buyers outside India, the repeated emphasis on GST, UPI, Razorpay, and Indian contact details makes local payment, tax, currency, privacy, app availability, and support-hours checks especially important. The company’s claim of service in multiple countries does not by itself confirm country-specific compliance or integrations.
Trade-offs and reasons to compare alternatives
| Potential advantage | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Low advertised entry price | Which features, users, locations, and member volumes qualify, and what fees are extra. |
| Broad gym and studio operations coverage | Whether the workflows you need are included in your plan and work as demonstrated. |
| India-oriented payments and invoicing | Whether your exact payment methods, reconciliation, refunds, and tax format are supported. |
| Lead management and WhatsApp are part of the product story | Message charges, delivery handling, consent controls, and integration details. |
| Member and coach apps are advertised | Store publishing, branding fees, app features, branch access, and post-cancellation behavior. |
| Vendor-promoted onboarding and support | Support hours, response commitments, onboarding scope, and whether commitments appear in the contract. |
Compare other platforms if you need fully public plan pricing, extensive independent software-review coverage, a documented API, formal uptime or data-residency commitments, or country-specific payment and compliance support. Depending on your workflow, options to assess include Mindbody, GymMaster, Zen Planner, TeamUp, and PushPress. Compare current terms directly; their inclusion here is not a claim about relative price or suitability.
What to test and ask during a demo
A guided demonstration is most valuable when it uses realistic examples from your business rather than a feature tour. Ask the vendor to show the workflows that would create financial, operational, or customer-service risk if they failed.
Pricing, contract, and data
- Request an itemized quote showing recurring and one-time charges, taxes, limits, renewal date, minimum term, cancellation notice, refund rules, downgrade rules, and support scope.
- Confirm who owns member and payment data, how often you can export it, which formats are available, and whether historical attendance and payment records are included.
- Ask whether spreadsheet imports, migration, and exports are charged, and what data access remains after cancellation or an unpaid invoice.
- If the app is branded, ask whether it remains functional after cancellation and who controls its store listing.
Messages, payments, and attendance
- Demonstrate a failed WhatsApp delivery, an invalid phone number, duplicate reminders, and the handling of message charges.
- Show a failed Razorpay payment, reconciliation, refund or chargeback handling, offline cash entry, and duplicate member records.
- Test an expired membership, time-zone behavior for reminders, and how staff correct attendance errors.
- For QR and biometric attendance, identify supported devices, hardware costs, outage behavior, and whether shared QR codes can be abused.
- For multiple branches, check whether one member record can be used across locations and how permissions separate staff access.
Apps, reports, and integrations
- Try the iOS and Android member experience, including payments, push notifications, workout and diet-plan display, and use on a lower-end Android device.
- Ask whether members need separate credentials for each branch and whether app branding or store publishing carries a fee.
- Request live reports for revenue, dues, attendance, lead conversion, renewals, retention, trainer commissions, and branch comparisons; check date and tax filters and export options.
- For every integration you depend on—such as Facebook, Instagram, website forms, email, WhatsApp, accounting software, or hardware—ask whether it is native, partner-powered, or manual, and whether API or webhook access is available.
Verdict
YourDigitalLift is worth a demo for an India-focused gym, studio, or coaching business seeking a broad set of operational tools and Indian payment and messaging workflows. The ₹699 monthly figure is an advertised entry point, not enough information to calculate total cost. Buy only after a written quote resolves plan limits and add-ons, and a live test confirms the integrations, exports, app behavior, support terms, and country requirements your business depends on.
