YOCC (Your Own Calls’ Centre) is Big V Telecom’s cloud-telephony and contact-centre service for businesses that want to manage calls to a shared number across teams or locations. Third-party software listings advertise a free demo, but Big V’s official pages point buyers to a contact-led process rather than a clearly defined self-serve trial. No official public rate card was found in the reviewed sources; expect to request a quote.
YOCC is worth a tailored demonstration if your business needs IVR, call routing, monitoring or advertising-response reporting. The public evidence is not enough for an unconditional recommendation: independent customer-review evidence is limited, and the published terms include a forwarding fair-use threshold that could materially affect cost.

What YOCC does—and what it is not
The official product description presents YOCC as a way to direct calls to a business number through extensions and call-handling rules. It is broader than a basic virtual number: the listed functions span inbound routing, outbound calling, call-centre monitoring, reporting and outbound IVR. That does not establish that every feature is included in every package.
- Hosted PBX: YOCC shares some familiar functions, such as extensions and call transfers, but its product page also emphasizes contact-centre supervision and analytics.
- Virtual-number service: A number is part of the offering, but the claimed system adds IVR, routing and team workflows.
- Call-centre software: Recording, monitoring, agent reports and routing are listed, but the actual queue controls and plan limits need demonstration.
- Voice broadcasting: Big V describes outbound IVR for campaigns, alerts, surveys and feedback; this should not be confused with ordinary one-to-one calling or assumed compliant by default.
- CRM telephony: Big V claims caller-database generation and CRM/API integration. Confirm whether the result is a basic call log, lead capture or a deeper CRM workflow.
Features to verify in a live demonstration
Numbers, extensions and locations
Big V says YOCC can use toll-free or non-toll-free virtual numbers and describes the possibility of continuing with an existing number. Ask whether your desired number is available, which geographies it covers, and whether “continuing” a number means porting it or using a forwarding arrangement. Get any porting conditions, lead times and charges in writing. The product page describes connecting multiple locations, departments and employees under one number, but does not establish that every plan has unlimited extensions.

#1 Best Overall
- Mid-level phone, ideal for professionals and managers with moderate call load
- Ergonomic design with adjustable display
- Built-in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
IVR and routing
The product page claims multilingual, multi-level IVR, customizable call distribution, patterned or random routing, “sticky agents,” and transfers to landlines or mobiles. In the demo, use your own call flow and ask the vendor to show:
- Which languages and IVR levels are supported in your proposed plan, and whether prompts can be changed by your team.
- Whether routing can use business hours, queues, skills or agent availability, or requires support-team changes.
- What happens when an agent is busy, a call is unanswered, or the business is closed.
- How sticky-agent assignment behaves when a caller rings again, and what “random” distribution means in practice.
- Whether transfer destinations and forwarding minutes are billed separately.
Recording and supervision
Big V says YOCC supports live and recorded call monitoring. Ask for a demonstration of recording playback and permissions, then establish recording retention, storage location, export rights, administrator access, deletion procedures and the notices or consent required for your use. A recording feature alone does not answer those questions.
Analytics and advertising attribution
Big V claims agent reports, call analytics and the ability to measure leads from advertising channels. Treat attribution as a capability to test, not a proven outcome. Ask the vendor to demonstrate campaign or source-number setup, attribution logic for repeat callers, duplicate-lead handling, offline conversion tracking, report-export formats, API or CRM synchronization, reporting delay and historical-data retention.
Caller data, CRM/API and mobile access
Ask what information the automated caller database actually captures, whether it can be exported, and what fields reach your CRM. Request the API documentation and a working integration example if those are procurement requirements. The existence of an Android app does not establish that all administrative or configuration controls are available on mobile.
The Google Play listing identifies the YOCC app as developed by Big V Telecom and reports 1K+ downloads and an update dated September 25, 2025. Its developer-provided disclosures say the app may collect app activity and audio-related data and that data is encrypted in transit. These details do not establish call quality, enterprise reliability, or comprehensive security compliance for the service.

How to request a YOCC demo
Third-party software listings advertise a free demo, while Big V’s contact page provides a contact route. The official materials reviewed do not clearly promise an instant account, production calling credits or an unrestricted free trial. Request a guided demo and ask what “free” includes before treating it as an evaluation period.
- Contact Big V through its contact page and describe your locations, agent count, monthly inbound and outbound minutes, number requirements and existing CRM.
- Ask whether the session is a live system demonstration or a scripted presentation, and whether you can test calls using your own number.
- Bring a representative workflow: build a sample main number and multi-level IVR, then route calls to multiple agents or locations.
- Test busy, unanswered and after-hours handling, plus sticky-agent and random-routing behavior.
- Place an outbound call and, if relevant, an outbound-IVR call; ask which usage and compliance rules apply.
- Review a recording, permissions, agent and campaign reports, caller-data capture and the CRM/API integration you would actually use.
- Ask how numbers, recordings and caller data can be exported, and request a written quote covering recurring and usage charges.
Before relying on the demo as a trial, confirm its duration, whether a card or contract is required, which minutes are included, whether the number remains yours afterward, and whether support and integrations are available during evaluation.
YOCC pricing: what is public and what to request
No current official YOCC price table was found in the reviewed sources. SoftwareFinder and Techimply list pricing as custom or on request. Big V’s product page describes selecting features to suit requirements and budget, but does not publish a rate card. There is therefore no supported basis here for quoting per-user, per-minute, setup or monthly prices.

Understand the forwarding fair-use threshold
Big V’s terms page says that “unlimited” Leg B call forwarding is subject to a 1,000-minute monthly threshold per channel; it also says exceeding the threshold may lead to suspension unless additional coins are purchased. The terms do not establish from the reviewed information whether this applies to your particular plan or how a “channel” maps to your setup. Ask what counts as a channel, how inbound and outbound forwarding are counted, whether toll-free calls are covered, the price of additional coins or minutes, and what happens when a limit is reached. Confirm that the policy in your written quote is current.
YOCC reviews and how much confidence to place in them
Public evidence supports a cautious assessment rather than a reliable overall customer-rating consensus.
- Vendor testimonials: Big V publishes positive testimonials from representatives in sectors including education, advertising, hospitality, construction and automobiles on its company site. They illustrate vendor-presented use cases, but are not independent review data.
- Software directories: Listings describe the product and report custom or quote-based pricing. Their presence does not verify uptime, performance or total cost. SoftwareFinder · Techimply
- Independent review evidence: YOCC has a TrustRadius listing, but the reviewed sources do not establish a large, current, independently verified sample or a dependable aggregate score.
- App evidence: The Play listing verifies an app identity and developer and reports a download band and update date; downloads are not a measure of customer satisfaction or call-service performance.
- Not established: Independent uptime history, call-answering performance, support response time, security certifications applicable to your purchase and review consensus.
Big V’s YOCC page also makes claims such as 99.95% uptime, zero missed calls and 24 × 7 support. Treat these as vendor claims unless the provider demonstrates the relevant service and puts measurable commitments, exclusions and remedies into your contract. The terms page lists support hours of Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; ask Big V to reconcile that with the product-page support claim.
Privacy, compliance and contract checks
Big V’s terms refer to Indian telecom and regulatory requirements, including TRAI and Department of Telecommunications rules, and prohibit unlawful use, spam and contact with people on applicable Do Not Disturb lists. They say Big V may maintain service-generated records and data and will use best efforts to maintain confidentiality of recorded calls and collected data. That wording is not the same as a detailed data-processing agreement or a specific retention and deletion guarantee.

Who should shortlist YOCC—and who may not need it
Potentially suitable buyers
YOCC could be worth a demo for Indian businesses that want a shared number across branches, assisted configuration, call supervision and IVR in one service. Education providers can test admissions enquiries by institute or course; hospitality groups can test routing across properties; sales teams can evaluate campaign call reporting; and support departments can evaluate queues, transfers and recordings. These are plausible workflows based on the vendor’s product description and testimonials, not independently verified customer outcomes.
Reasons to hesitate
- Solo users or very small teams seeking instant activation may find a sales-assisted, configurable product excessive.
- Buyers who require a predictable public price or a clearly specified self-serve trial will need to resolve those gaps before committing.
- Developers needing a highly documented, API-first programmable voice platform should request documentation and test the integration before shortlisting.
- Organizations requiring a deep independent review base or detailed public security documentation should treat the current public evidence as insufficient for procurement approval.
- Businesses with high forwarding volumes should model the fair-use terms against expected traffic before accepting a quote.
YOCC versus a more transparent alternative
Zoho Voice is one comparison point for buyers who prioritize published plan information and a self-serve evaluation path. Its India pricing page advertises a 15-day free trial with no credit card required and shows plan structures, including a free Solo option with call charges applicable; other plans include additional users and bundled outgoing minutes. That is not a like-for-like quote against YOCC: compare coverage, usage rates, integrations, support, limits and your actual workflow rather than headline plan labels.

Indian buyers may also encounter Exotel, Servetel, Knowlarity and CallerDesk. No current vendor-by-vendor pricing or feature comparison is established here, so verify each directly rather than assuming equivalence.
