Public listings reviewed for this article do not state a workforce number, and the two figures in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) IPO table cannot be read as employee counts. What the public record does establish is the company’s sector, its business activity, and a rights-offer filing dated September 15, 2026. The sections below separate those confirmed points from what remains open, and explain how a reader can find an employee count from a primary filing.
What is confirmed and what is not
The table below lists each item a reader is likely to look for, with its status as of October 8, 2026.
| Question | Status as of October 8, 2026 | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Number of employees | Not established. No attributable headcount was found. | None of the reviewed listings state one |
| Sector and issuer number | Construction sector, TASE issuer no. 2386 | TASE, “TASEs IPOs 2015-2026 (as of February 2026)” |
| IPO date | March 2025 | TASE, same document |
| Business activity | Initiation of residential construction, urban renewal, and investment real estate | Globes financial listing (secondary source) |
| Rights-offer filing | Shelf-offer report for issuing shares by way of rights, dated September 15, 2026 | Globes financial listing (secondary source) |
| Offer price, ratio, timetable, eligibility | Not stated in the available listing | Not stated; check the filing itself |
| Whether the offer was still open on October 8, 2026 | Not established | Not stated in the available listing |
Why the TASE figures are not a headcount
The TASE IPO table includes a row for Yesodot Eitanim Construction that shows two numbers, 6 and 20. The column labels in the material reviewed do not make clear what those numbers measure, so they should not be quoted as employees, shareholders, or any other count. A reader who sees them in a summary or a forum post should treat them as unexplained until the original table’s headings are checked directly.
What the September 15, 2026 rights-offer filing does and does not tell you
A rights issue gives existing shareholders the chance to buy newly issued shares, usually in proportion to the shares they already hold. The filing reported on September 15, 2026 is titled as a shelf-offer report for issuing shares by way of rights. A filing of this kind is the document where the terms are set out, so it is the place to look for them. It does not, however, say anything about how many people the company employs, and a rights offer is not evidence of headcount either way.

How to find the employee count yourself
A headcount becomes reliable only when it comes from a dated company filing that states it. The steps below are the route most likely to produce one.
- Open the Israel Securities Authority’s electronic filing system, Magna, or the TASE’s MAYA reporting site, and search for Yesodot Eitanim Construction Ltd. or its issuer number, 2386.
- Locate the most recent annual periodic report (דוח תקופתי) and open the directors’ report or the section covering the company’s employees and human resources.
- Search the document for the Hebrew word for employees (עובדים). Note the exact date of the report, the period it covers, and whether the figure refers to the company alone or to the group including subsidiaries.
- Exclude contractors and subcontracted site labour unless the filing counts them. Construction firms often rely on subcontractors, so a payroll figure and a site-workforce figure can differ widely.
- Confirm the registered company name and status through the Israeli Corporations Authority’s basic company information service, which is free. The full company extract is a paid document and is not needed for this purpose.
If the most recent periodic report predates the company’s 2026 activity, state that date explicitly next to any figure you cite, rather than presenting it as a current count.
