PerthNow’s pre-opening report named Abrolhos Island scallops, Humpty Doo barramundi, pastas, stone-baked pizzas and desserts among the dishes. It identified Nick Cooper as head chef; ELG Australia’s earlier announcement said group executive chef Steven Finch would lead the kitchen. The reports do not clarify the relationship between those roles, and neither should be treated as confirmation of the current kitchen team.
