In a March 19, 2025 press release distributed by GlobeNewswire, XRPTurbo said it had raised more than 100,000 XRP in its presale and was preparing an AI-agent launchpad demo on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). The release said the demo would arrive before the end of Q2 2025. That deadline has passed. As of October 2026, no independent source confirms the fundraising figure, confirms that the demo shipped, or shows that the platform is operating. The headline’s “ongoing presale” and “set to release” are 2025 wording, not a description of today.
What the March 2025 announcement claimed
The release was issued by XRPTurbo and distributed by GlobeNewswire. It made the following claims, all of which are the project’s own statements:
- The project had raised over 100,000 XRP in its presale.
- It was preparing an AI-powered launchpad demo on the XRP Ledger.
- The demo was expected before the end of Q2 2025, which ended on June 30, 2025.
- XRPTurbo is an AI-agent launchpad on XRPL, where agents could automate trading, smart-contract management, market analysis, and social-media engagement.
- Buyers could obtain XRP through exchanges.
GlobeNewswire’s page for the release states that it does not verify or guarantee the content provider’s statements. Read the announcement as a record of what XRPTurbo said in March 2025, not as a report of audited results.
The 100,000 XRP figure
The 100,000 XRP milestone appears only in the issuer’s press release. No independent study, audit, or independently published statistic about XRPTurbo’s fundraising, users, or performance was found. The release’s disclaimer reads: “The statements, views, and opinions expressed in this content are solely those of the content provider and do not necessarily reflect the views of this media platform or its publisher.” The publisher also states that it does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the content.

Two further limits matter when reading the number. First, it is an amount of XRP, not U.S. dollars, and the release gives no conversion, so its value depends on the XRP price at whatever date you choose. Second, the release names no spokesperson with a stated role and includes only a media contact, so there is no attributable quotation from a named person to weigh.
What XRPTurbo proposes to build
The project describes its product as a launchpad for AI agents that run on the XRP Ledger. Its documentation describes a hybrid design, and the difference between the two layers is the part most worth understanding.

Off-chain AI computation
According to the project’s documentation, AI computation runs off-chain. The ledger does not perform the agent’s reasoning; the agent’s software does.
On-chain actions
Agents can submit actions to XRPL. That gives a public record of what an agent submitted, but it does not show whether the reasoning behind the action was sound or profitable. Users who want to judge an agent’s behavior therefore have to rely on the project’s description of how the off-chain logic works, and no independent performance testing of that logic was found.

The Q2 2025 demo deadline and the roadmap
The release set the demo deadline at the end of Q2 2025. The project’s own roadmap later marks its Q2 2025 platform prototype and its decentralized exchange (DEX) listing as complete. That is useful context, but it is the project reporting on itself. The roadmap does not show a dated public demo, and it lists beta, audit, and expansion as later steps.

How to check a presale claim like this yourself
A promotional release is a starting point, not evidence that a product works. If you are evaluating XRPTurbo or a similar project, these checks separate what is shown from what is promised:
- Confirm the presale is still running. A 2025 announcement describing an ongoing presale says nothing about October 2026. Assume it is closed unless the issuer shows a current, dated sale page.
- Look for a usable demo with dates. Ask for a live address, release notes, or a dated announcement that the demo shipped. A roadmap marking a milestone complete is not the same thing.
- Check the token on the ledger. On XRPL, you can look up the issuing account in a public XRP Ledger explorer to see issued currencies and holders. A supply figure in a whitepaper is not the same as a verifiable issuance record.
- Look for an independent audit. A named auditor, a published report, and a date are the minimum. An audit listed as a future roadmap step does not count.
- Test liquidity before assuming value. If XRT trades, find out on which venue, with what volume, and whether you can sell in practice.
- Treat the XRP figure as unverified. Ask for the wallet or on-ledger evidence behind the 100,000 XRP claim before repeating it.
Until the project provides independent evidence for these points, the 2025 announcement remains an unverified statement of what XRPTurbo said it had done and planned to do.
