What the 2025 horizon means now
A prediction for “the highest ROI by 2025” is a historical claim, not a current forecast. To judge such a prediction, an investor would need a dated entry price, a defined end date, and a comparable realized value for each investment. The cited sources do not provide those inputs for an XRP-versus-PropiChain return comparison, so they cannot show which would have delivered the higher return by the end of 2025.

Ripple identifies XRP as the XRP Ledger’s native token. These are descriptions of network mechanics, not evidence that XRP’s market price will appreciate or that a buyer will earn a particular return.

In its reporting for June 30, 2026, Ripple reported holding 37,656,053,914 XRP and having 32,600,000,000 XRP in escrow. These are Ripple-reported, dated figures; they are not performance measures, and supply and custody information can change. Ripple’s Q1 2025 report said it would sunset that report in its then-current form starting in Q2 2025, while continuing to share updates through official channels and maintain public access to its XRP holdings.
What is—and is not—established about PropiChain
PropiChain’s project-published introduction describes a proposed real-estate tokenization concept combining blockchain, NFTs, AI, and metaverse experiences. It presents NFT ownership and fractionalization as intended uses. That description does not independently verify functioning operations, transfer of legal title, investor protections, or the rights a token holder could enforce.

The project’s whitepaper says: “This whitepaper is only informational and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.” It also says plans may change and directs readers to do their own research. The cited material does not establish PropiChain’s current token terms, token contract, sale status, jurisdiction, audit, operating delivery, or a holder’s legal claims. Those are material gaps, not details that can safely be filled in from the project’s vision statement.
Do not confuse PropiChain with Propchain
A separate company called Propchain describes institutional real-estate data, blockchain validation, and tokenized asset-management infrastructure. Its vision page claims it has tokenized US$125 million in real-estate debt; the cited page does not state a year for that figure. Its homepage says historical on-chain yield products are migrating to a regulated asset-management framework.

Those are Propchain’s own corporate claims, not evidence about PropiChain. The similar names do not establish that the projects are the same legal entity or that they share a product. Do not attribute Propchain’s stated activity, assets, or framework to PropiChain without confirmation of the relationship.

How to evaluate a future investment decision
Any forward-looking comparison needs the same dated horizon and comparable evidence for both options. Before treating either as a bet for the highest ROI, check:
- Rights: Identify what the token legally represents, what the holder can claim, and which entity is responsible for honoring those rights.
- Operating evidence: Separate a live, independently verifiable product or adoption record from a roadmap or project-authored description.
- Liquidity and exit: Confirm where the asset can be transferred or sold, whether restrictions apply, and what evidence supports an available exit route.
- Disclosure and custody: Check jurisdiction, disclosures, custody arrangements, and any independent audit or verification relevant to the asset.
- Valuation and supply: Use current, dated supply and valuation inputs, and distinguish reported figures from independently verified data.
- Downside and time horizon: Define a specific future period and assess volatility and downside scenarios over that same period for each investment.
If key inputs remain undisclosed for one option, the honest result is that its expected ROI cannot be compared—not that its uncertainty should be treated as upside.

There is no defensible XRP-versus-PropiChain ROI winner in the cited material.
