How long does the battery last?
Xiaomi’s UK product page claims up to 21 days of battery life in typical use and says actual results may vary. Treat that as a manufacturer maximum under its stated use category, not a guarantee for every wearer. Features such as an always-on display or heavier use can change how often the band needs charging; Xiaomi’s regional information distinguishes use modes rather than promising the same duration in each.

For planning, consider your own display and tracking habits, and expect to charge more often if your use differs from Xiaomi’s typical-use conditions. The band charges magnetically with the included cable listed in Xiaomi’s package contents.
Can you swim with the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro?
Xiaomi rates the Smart Band 9 Pro at 5ATM and says it can be used in pools, near shore, and for other shallow-water activities. That rating does not make it suitable for every water setting. Xiaomi advises against hot showers, saunas, diving, and direct exposure to swift currents, and notes that water resistance may decline over time.
