Registration is separately restricted in Idaho, Nevada and Washington. These are the operator’s published eligibility rules, not a complete legal determination for every state or player.
WOW Vegas states excluded from Sweeps Coins prize redemption
According to the operator’s July 14, 2026 location guidance, residents of the following states cannot redeem SC prizes:
- Idaho
- Nevada
- Michigan
- Washington
- Montana
- Connecticut
- New York
- Louisiana
- California
- Maryland
- New Jersey
- Tennessee
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Maine
The operator also excludes Quebec from SC prize redemptions in Canada. Its help article calls the U.S. list “Restricted Locations from SC play,” while its location guidance describes the consequence as being unable to redeem SC prizes. The practical point for readers is that the operator does not permit residents of the listed states to redeem those prizes.
Where WOW Vegas registration is restricted
Registration has a narrower restriction list than SC prize redemption. WOW Vegas says residents of Idaho, Nevada and Washington cannot register, according to its registration restrictions guidance. A state’s presence on the 15-state redemption list does not, by itself, establish that registration is blocked there.

What the two coin types mean
WOW Coins
WOW Coins are for entertainment play. The operator says they have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes and cannot be converted into Sweeps Coins. It says residents outside permitted prize-redemption territories may still play for fun with WOW Coins, subject to local laws. See the operator’s location guidance for its territorial rules.
Sweeps Coins
Sweeps Coins are separate from WOW Coins. Eligible accounts may redeem SC prizes, subject to the operator’s rules and location restrictions. The operator’s location guidance and rules information should be checked for the current eligibility terms.

Does “legal” mean WOW Vegas is legal for every resident?
No. “Legal states” is a convenient shorthand for where the operator says its services or prize redemptions are available; it is not a state-by-state legal opinion. The cited help pages establish WOW Vegas’s published location policy, not every state-law question or every user’s individual eligibility. Do not assume that a state absent from the exclusion lists is definitively approved under all circumstances.

Check eligibility before creating an account or redeeming
- Check registration separately. If you live in Idaho, Nevada or Washington, WOW Vegas says registration is not available to you.
- Check the SC redemption list. If you live in any of the 15 listed states, the operator says you cannot redeem SC prizes. Quebec residents are also excluded from Canadian prize redemptions.
- Review the current operator guidance. Location rules can change; check WOW Vegas’s location restrictions and rules at the time you use the service.
- Follow local law and account requirements. The operator’s location list does not settle every legal or personal eligibility issue.
