At the October 2024 opening, PerthNow described thick, cheesy, crisp-edged square pizza and reported dishes including Felino with hot honey, whipped anchovy toast, Serrano ham with rockmelon and verjuice, and vanilla gelato with olive oil and sea salt. Those are opening-era examples, not confirmation of the current menu. A later Broadsheet profile, updated 11 December 2025, also described Detroit-style pizzas and dishes such as hot honey and pepperoni and roast chicken with bacon and béchamel; Broadsheet said its menu information was received on 27 October 2025 and was subject to change.
Dietary information
The official menu says Willi’s cannot cater for gluten-free dietaries. If you have an allergy or another dietary concern, contact the venue directly rather than assuming a particular dish is suitable.

Where it is and when it opened
Willi’s opened on 2 October 2024 at the corner of William Street and Wellington Street in Perth’s CBD, according to PerthNow’s report published the following day. The City of Perth’s November 2024 new-business roundup also listed it among businesses that opened during October. The venue is presented as part of Parker Group and is located at The Royal Hotel, 531 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000. Parker Group’s Willi’s listing identifies it as a Detroit-style pizza bar.
PerthNow described the opening-era interior as 1980s-inspired, with checkered floors and red neon, and framed the food as combining North American ideas with Italian favourites. That description reflects the venue at opening, not a guarantee of its present fit-out or menu.

Willi’s official contact page currently lists the address as Willi’s, The Royal Hotel, 531 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000, and the telephone number as (08) 6285 7065. Its regular hours are listed as:
- Monday: closed
- Tuesday: 4pm to late
- Wednesday to Saturday: 11:45am to late
- Sunday: closed
“Late” is the wording used by the venue; no closing time is specified on the listing. Check Willi’s official contact page before setting out, particularly around public holidays or if you are planning a late visit.
