FLY4 Airlines operates flights and supplies aircraft capacity to airlines and tour operators; it does not present itself as a direct ticket seller for individual passengers. If your itinerary includes a FLY4-operated flight, the company named on your booking confirmation is the place to check for ticket changes and travel support.
Why doesn’t FLY4 sell its own tickets?
FLY4’s published business is providing aircraft and operating capacity to other aviation and travel businesses, rather than marketing scheduled flights directly to passengers. Its services include ACMI leasing—aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance—as well as wet and damp leasing, capacity purchase agreements and air charter. That arrangement lets a customer use FLY4 aircraft and crews to operate flights without making FLY4 the business that sells every passenger’s ticket. FLY4’s public materials describe its role as a capacity provider and charter operator; they do not establish that it is legally unable to sell tickets.
Who sells and manages a ticket on a FLY4-operated flight?
The flight operator and the business that sold your trip can be different companies. FLY4 says it began commercial operations for TUI in March 2024, and it announced TUI flights from Belfast International Airport to Reus and Corfu beginning in May 2026. Check your booking confirmation for the seller or tour operator associated with your specific itinerary. Use that company’s stated contact or manage-booking channel for ticket changes, cancellations and disruption support. The responsible party can vary by booking.
What kind of airline is FLY4?
FLY4 describes its creation as a collaboration between Enter Air and TUI. It says it received its Irish operating approvals in March 2024 and made its commercial debut on 10 March 2024 with a flight for TUI. Its first charter flight followed on 4 May 2024. FLY4’s company history

- For changes, refunds or disruption assistance, use the contact details or manage-booking link provided by that company.
- If you are unsure which company handles the booking, ask the travel agent or seller through which you purchased it to identify the party responsible for servicing it.
