The $1 million Millionaire Medley Division One ticket in the 1 October 2025 draw was sold at Day by Day Newsagency in Cloverdale, Western Australia. A PerthNow report published the next day also said two separate Saturday Lotto Division One tickets sold in Collie were unclaimed at that time; that is a historical status, not confirmation they remain unclaimed today.
Where the Millionaire Medley winning ticket was sold
The winning ticket was purchased at Day by Day Newsagency in Cloverdale. PerthNow reported that it was the only Division One winner across Australia in the Wednesday, 1 October 2025 Millionaire Medley draw, taking the $1 million prize. PerthNow’s report, published 2 October 2025, listed the winning numbers as 22, 16, 37, 3, 24 and 7, with supplementary numbers 20 and 33.
Which other WA tickets were reported unclaimed?
The same report concerned two separate Saturday Lotto Division One tickets bought at Reuben’s News in Collie over two weekends. A Lotterywest spokesperson said the operator was still waiting to hear from the two players when the report was published on 2 October 2025. The article does not establish whether either prize was later claimed, so it should not be read as a current unclaimed-prize notice.
How to check a Lotterywest ticket
For a ticket you hold, check the draw against Lotterywest’s official results rather than relying on a past news report. Lotterywest’s results page provides online results, app-based checking and a phone results service. For claim steps and applicable requirements, consult Lotterywest’s prize and game FAQ.

A later Albany report is a separate prize
Lotterywest reported on 10 September 2026 that three regional WA prizes were unclaimed, including another $1 million Millionaire Medley ticket sold in Albany. That is a different ticket and a separate event from the Cloverdale draw in October 2025; it does not update the historical Collie tickets’ claim status. Lotterywest’s Albany and regional-prize notice is the source for that later report.
Lotterywest says unclaimed prize money is distributed to WA community organisations through its Direct Grants Program. This is the operator’s description of its program, not an independent assessment of its outcomes.
