Start with Shree Cement’s Investors page. Its Financial Results & Annual Reports section is the main route to results and annual reports, while Chairman’s Speech & Corporate Presentation links to investor presentations. For dated exchange filings, check the company’s NSE page. A stable official archive specifically for written earnings-call transcripts was not confirmed, so search for the relevant quarter’s disclosure and verify it on Shree Cement’s or an exchange’s site.

- Financial Results & Annual Reports: use this section for company-published financial results and annual reports.
- Chairman’s Speech & Corporate Presentation: use this area for presentations and related investor material.
Shree Cement’s 2024–25 Integrated Annual Report says presentations made to institutional investors or analysts are submitted to the exchanges where the company’s shares are listed and displayed on its website. The company site and exchange filings are therefore both appropriate official routes for presentations.
Use Shareholder Information for notices and investor queries
The Shareholder Information page provides another route to annual reports, board meeting intimations, and notices and announcements, including financial results. It also links to BSE announcements and lists a Secretarial Department contact for investor queries: [email protected].

Confirm a result or disclosure through the exchanges
Shree Cement’s NSE company page has corporate sections for financial results, announcements, board meetings, and annual reports. Exchange filings are useful for checking the dated record of a disclosure. Shree Cement’s shareholder page also links to BSE announcements.
When you find a document, compare it with the company-site item using these details:
Rank #2
- Reporting period: match the quarter or financial year.
- Filing or publication date: check that the dated record is the one you need.
- Financial basis: distinguish standalone results from consolidated results.
These checks help avoid comparing documents for different periods or reporting bases. Exchange pages and company archives can change as new filings are added, so look for the specific period rather than relying on an older search result.
Locate an earnings-call transcript by quarter
Search Shree Cement’s investor announcements and the corresponding NSE or BSE disclosure for the quarter whose call you need. Use a query such as “Shree Cement earnings call transcript” together with the quarter or results date, then verify that the document is hosted by the company or an exchange.

A permanent official transcript archive path could not be confirmed. A third-party earnings-call index reported a transcript announcement in August 2026, but treat such indexes as discovery aids rather than authoritative document archives.
Transcript and audio recording are different materials
Check whether the filing offers a written transcript or an audio recording. A Shree Cement filing dated 28 October 2025 said the audio recording for that day’s call about the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025 had been uploaded to the company website. That documents audio availability for that call; it does not establish a permanent transcript URL or mean a recording is a transcript.

Check the figures in the filed statements
The Investors page presents company key figures for 2025–26, including revenue of ₹19,310.52 crore, EBITDA of ₹4,788.07 crore, and net profit of ₹1,706.25 crore. It also shows comparison figures for 2015–16: revenue of ₹5,567.75 crore, EBITDA of ₹1,440.37 crore, and net profit of ₹454.93 crore. These are company-presented figures; consult the filed statements for detailed analysis and confirm the reporting basis relevant to your comparison.
