To find a Jellycat plush near you, start with the Jellycat store locator for your country or region, then contact the shop to confirm it has the character you want before travelling. If Jellycat’s own website shows an item as out of stock, another stockist may still have it.
“Selling out everywhere” is not a reliable description of every Jellycat product or retailer: availability varies by item and shop. Use live listings and direct confirmation rather than assuming a particular plush is in stock.
Where to look for Jellycat plushies
Start with Jellycat’s regional store locator
Jellycat provides store-locator pages for different regions. Choose the one for where you live and use its results to find listed stockists. The UK locator describes a network of more than 1,200 independent shops and selected national retailers; that figure is for the UK and should not be treated as a count of US locations.
Check Jellycat’s official online shop
The official US shop has an all-products catalogue and a best-seller collection. A product appearing in the catalogue does not mean it is currently available: product pages can show items that are out of stock. Check the individual listing for the character you want.

Ask listed stockists about the exact item
Jellycat’s US support guidance advises shoppers to contact a retailer before setting out, since the requested item may not be available. Ask about the character’s name or product listing, not just whether the shop carries Jellycat. If one store is out, check other stockists; Jellycat says another shop may still have the item.
Compare the main ways to shop
| Shopping route | What it helps with | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Jellycat regional store locator | Finding shops listed as stockists in your region. | Contact the shop to confirm the particular plush is available before travelling. |
| Jellycat official online shop | Checking the brand’s catalogue and online product listings. | Confirm the individual product’s current status; a catalogue entry may be out of stock. |
| Marketplace listing | Searching for a particular plush when other routes have not worked. | Check the item identity, the individual seller, listing details, and current availability. A marketplace listing should not be called official unless that is verified. |
For the clearest route to an authentic product, use Jellycat’s shop or a retailer listed by Jellycat. A marketplace result requires more seller- and listing-specific checking. In every route, availability is item-specific, so confirm it before paying or making a trip.

How to check a listing before you buy
- Identify the exact plush. Use the character name or the product page so a retailer can check the right item.
- Check the live listing. Look for the item’s current availability on Jellycat’s shop or the retailer’s own site.
- Contact a physical shop before travelling. Ask whether it has the exact character available now; a general claim that a store sells Jellycat does not confirm its stock.
- Review marketplace details individually. Verify the seller and item description rather than assuming a result is an official Jellycat listing.
What the viral attention does—and does not—tell you
Coverage by TIME in 2026 described Jellycat as working with more than 7,000 retailers in 80 countries and reported $446 million in sales in 2024. ITV News reported on 2 October 2026 that sales rose 43% to £450 million in 2025. These figures describe different reporting periods and currencies; neither establishes that a particular shop has a particular plush today.
Those reports, along with social-media attention described by ITV, support the view that Jellycat has attracted substantial interest. They do not show that every teen wants a Jellycat or provide a teen-specific buyer percentage. For an individual shopper, the useful question is whether the exact character is available through a retailer serving their area.
