The Home Depot’s 2025 Decor Days event ran September 18–21, according to WIRED’s guide published on the first day of the sale. It reported discounts of up to 50% on decor, furniture, and lighting, alongside offers on bathroom fixtures and flooring. Those were selective promotional offers—not blanket discounts—and the event has ended.
What categories and offers did the 2025 sale include?
WIRED described the event as focused largely on exclusive products and house brands. Its September 18, 2025, guide reported the following category offers and examples; it did not establish that every item in a category received the maximum discount.
| Category | Offers reported by WIRED |
|---|---|
| Decor, furniture, and lighting | Up to 50% off across these categories. Furniture examples included a Walker Edison nightstand and dresser, a BybLight dining table, Home Depot house-brand kitchen counter stools, a Home Decorators Collection four-piece sofa, and a Kinwell barrel chair. |
| Bathroom | Up to 25% off select toilets; up to 20% off select shower doors; up to 40% off select vanities and bath-category items; up to 30% off select bathroom faucets; and up to 25% off select bathtubs. |
| Lighting | Up to 30% off select lighting and exterior lighting; up to 25% off vanity lights; and up to 25% off chandeliers. |
| Flooring and tile | Select flooring and tile were reported as starting at $1.29 per square foot. The guide did not identify that as a price for every product or specify how long it applied. |
| Bedroom and home decor | Examples included a microfiber quilted ottoman, king-size tufted comforter set, queen-size velvet sofa bed, chunky natural area rug, indoor or outdoor topiary spheres, a three-foot wall mirror, and black frames. |
| Holiday hosting | Examples included a bread and fruit basket, hot-plate chafing dish, and dining-chair sets. |
How to read the advertised discounts
“Up to” describes a discount ceiling, not the savings on every qualifying product. The guide named select products and categories, but did not provide a complete item-by-item price list or establish that the listed prices remained available throughout the event. The flooring figure was a starting price, not a uniform rate for all flooring and tile.
WIRED’s writer, Matthew Korfhage, said the offers were advance information and that the products had not been tested. The guide is therefore a report of expected sale offers, not a hands-on review or independent verification of product performance.

Are those Decor Days deals still available?
No: the reported event dates were September 18–21, 2025, and have passed. The guide does not establish current prices, inventory, or a preserved Home Depot sale archive. Check The Home Depot directly for current pricing and stock rather than treating a 2025 offer as an active deal.
