That was $10 below its stated $99.99 Phantom Edition price. The offer has expired: EA set October 9, 2025, as the preorder-bonus deadline, and Battlefield 6 launched October 10.
The reported deal: Xbox Phantom Edition for $89.99
Windows Central described the Loaded Xbox Phantom Edition offer as its best and only prelaunch discount it found. On October 8, 2025, the outlet reported a price of $89.99, compared with a $99.99 Phantom Edition price: a $10 saving, or 10% off. Its article listed the Standard Edition at $69.99, making the discounted Phantom Edition $20 more than Standard. These are historical US prices, not current offers. Windows Central’s October 8 deal report also disclosed that it may earn affiliate commission from purchases through its links.

What Phantom Edition added
EA describes Phantom Edition as including the game plus digital extras: four Phantom Squad soldier skins, a Battlefield Pro token with a Battle Pass token and 25 tier skips, two weapon packages, and vehicle and weapon cosmetics. EA’s product terms say Phantom Edition content requires a single-use code and is subject to account, internet, and platform requirements. EA’s edition details and terms

Why this is a historical deal, not a current preorder recommendation
EA’s preorder notice set October 9, 2025, as the end date for the Tombstone Pack offer. EA said the global launch was October 10, 2025, at 8 a.m. PT; its buy page lists the release as October 10 at 3 p.m. UTC. The cited $89.99 offer belongs to the period before that launch and should not be treated as available now.

EA’s launch announcement corroborates the $69.99 Standard and $99.99 Phantom Edition prices, while noting that offers could vary or change by retailer. It does not independently verify the specific Loaded promotion. Neither the deal report nor EA’s pages establish today’s Loaded pricing, present-day Amazon listings, or current affiliate eligibility, so no current retailer price can be inferred from this comparison.
