Lidl GB’s Middle of Lidl is a changing collection of non-food and seasonal Special Buys, not a permanent range with the same products in every store. Check Lidl’s dated offer listings before you go, but treat them as a guide rather than a promise that a particular item will be on a particular branch’s shelves. For non-food Special Buys, Lidl GB publishes a 30-day change-of-mind return policy subject to conditions.
What is Middle of Lidl?
Middle of Lidl is Lidl GB’s name for a rotating selection of Special Buys. The retailer describes a range that can run from gardening essentials and outdoor furniture to kitchen and bathroom additions, and says the products change regularly and are available while they last. That variety matters when judging a purchase: an item in one offer period tells you little about what will be available in the next. Nor does one category represent the whole assortment.
How to check what is coming up
- Open Lidl GB’s homepage and look for the dated “This week” and “In Store From Next Week” offer sections.
- Open the relevant offer or category page to check its start date and any listed terms. Lidl’s Kitchen and Garden pages, for example, show offer dates and availability conditions.
- If the offer page directs you to Lidl Plus for the full list of included products or terms, check the app’s Offer section before relying on a headline or category description. Lidl says some offer details are provided there; requirements can vary by offer. Kitchen offers Garden offers
Categories shown on a live page are snapshots, not a fixed weekly pattern. For example, a Lidl GB listing reviewed for this guide showed Winter Clothing and Parkside among current offers, with Silvercrest Kitchen, Wooden Toys, and Plants and Flowers among upcoming offers. Those are examples from that listing, not a forecast of what will appear in future weeks.

Does an online listing guarantee stock in your local store?
No. Lidl’s offer terms state that products are subject to availability. A dated listing can help you plan, but it does not establish that an item is in stock at a particular branch or will remain there when you arrive. If your trip depends on one item, contact your local branch or Lidl customer service before travelling; the public listings do not confirm branch-level stock. Lidl Kitchen offer terms
What to check before paying
- The exact offer terms: Look for dates, eligibility conditions and any offer-specific requirements. Do not assume another Special Buy has the same terms as the one you are viewing.
- What is included: Check the product listing, packaging and, where directed, the Lidl Plus Offer section for included parts or accessories.
- Whether it suits your intended use: For a particular item, check its specifications and any relevant safety information in the product documentation. A broad category listing is not enough to establish suitability.
- How you would handle a return: Keep the receipt and original packaging until you are satisfied with the purchase, especially if you may need to use the change-of-mind policy.
Lidl GB’s published returns policy for non-food Special Buys
Lidl GB says a non-faulty non-food Special Buy can be returned to a store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it is in its original packaging and resaleable condition and you provide the original receipt. For a faulty non-food Special Buy, Lidl says it can be returned within one year of purchase with a receipt or other proof of purchase for a replacement, where available, or a full refund. The change-of-mind conditions are not the same as the faulty-item terms: the published policy sets different time limits and requirements for each. Check the current policy if your situation does not fit those summaries.
